    Totally agree, I hear it more when it’s quite, bedtime is the worst when I lay down, having a fan blowing over my ear and my sound machine helps me plus I also have insomnia but I take medication for that to get me to sleep, for that I’m thankful otherwise I would not be able to get much needed sleep. I get a good 7-8 hrs each nite.🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Its strange for me. I handel it better with no sound. When I have sound around me, its like my brain fights between my tinnitus and the external sound, and amplifies my tinnitus sound to "force" me hear it..

    I’ve secluded myself in my home with nobody to reach out to. Pretty fucked up considering I was the life of a party for decades.

    My tinnites react to sound, ..
