I worked at a KFC just a mile away from my home, I had a very good reputation for being a very good worker there despite me being very new, and almost every customer appreciates my efforts, and respects me, some customers that I dealt with were a$$holes and handled their orders with ease as well as patience despite my lack of sleep and bad mental health. But sadly none of my superiors ( especially one of the supervisors who acts like she owns the franchise) appreciated that, me being a new worker and learning the menu, and trying to be as competitive with the drive-thru time never seemed to make them treat me with a crumb of respect (not to mention the shit hours they had given me) everybody at work was my friend and greeted me, and respected me except for them. One night… I made an error at the drive-thru(we’re humans you know) and my manager went off Infront of the customer. And I just took my KFC shirt and hat off, and threw it in the trash bin right in front of him… no words said. Not going to work for a place that doesn’t respects me and my time.
He honestly comes off as the type of guy who was bullied a lot in school and uses his own misery to take out his own problems on others by using his management position to make his employees feel miserable for his own benefit.
Whats that sears was discolved, good thing I quit and started making a living from videos that also paid for my mansions and new cars and holiday home, after all this Mrbeast is also my friend and I regularly give him donations to help his causes.

She lived by herself, had no financial help from anyone and could afford a decent house, decent car, nice furniture, nice clothes (that she got on clearance) and had many vacation & sick days. She loved her job and says it’s sad to see sears and other retail stores in the dump.

All they need or hire employees for is just for the holidays. Same with gamestop. I never worked at gamestop but I heard it from former employees and they work you through the holidays.
After about 20 years working, I'll tell young people you should not have any loyalty to any organization, they will turn on you in a second when its convenient and fire/replace you. Also to ensure no slavery, young people dont get married and dont get a girl pregnant, make sure she takes the birth control pill daily in front of you and both wear protection. You will just condemn your new child to increasing poverty and freedomless slavery and these control/money/job trends worsen. Promote this idea in videos and social media to help prevent more young people into this new slavery.
It REALLY makes you feel better when the company you leave NO LONGER EXISTS. I actually dug my time at Sears, but only because it was 2013 and they were dying anyway, but that Electronics gig was one of the easiest gigs I ever had.

A girl that worked with me at JCPenney for 5 years got another job. She tried to hold down both jobs because she really needed the money. When management caught wind that she had another job, JCP management reduced her hours from 30 a week to 12 hours a month, to 8 hours. JCP then sent her a letter that she was going to be terminated because she wasn’t making enough hours per month to consider her an active employee. She was basically kicked out by the company.

A girl that worked with me at JCPenney for 5 years got another job. She tried to hold down both jobs because she really needed the money. When management caught wind that she had another job, JCP management reduced her hours from 30 a week to 12 hours a month, to 8 hours. JCP then sent her a letter that she was going to be terminated because she wasn’t making enough hours per month to consider her an active employee. She was basically kicked out by the company.
