I’m not understanding why people have to make being an adult even more complicated. You losing your job over common sense type of BS!
The company was clearly looking for any reason to get rid of the second guy. Being late one time, especially texting your boss and letting them know is not grounds for termination.
When you have a master's degree in business administration like me you know the ins and outs of how human resources really works and exactly how they really feel about the people that work within the company!!!!! They are not there to be your friend. And they are not there to be your body and they are not there to be Your shoulder to cry on they are there to protect the company from itself; Meaning They do not trust the employees whatsoever!!!!
The poor guy worked for a year and was late for 15mins and that B took his job and ruined his career. Employers don't wanna hire someone who has been terminated. When he does get a job it will be for significantly less pay.
First woman absolutely should have been fired. It was Justified. She feels entitled to act how she wants and expects everyone to bend to her will. Not the way the world works. But its part of my job and i just do it.
The first girl was as wrong as two left shoes. HR did right to fire her. No call No show on her birthday? Why didn't she just put in a request off on that day?🤡
Same exact thing that happened to the last girl, happened to me, except I wasn’t even spoken to. I sat down to log into work one day & was locked out of all company software. Received an email to my personal email saying my contract was terminated as of that day. No explanation. Never had a warning, bad review, nothing. After a year. A year working closely with management & then they don’t even give me the respect of a conversation. It’s just sickening.
I just love that fourth clip of the woman standing up for herself and challenging their reasonings for firing her (and others) in her company it’s so refreshing to see
That all may be well and good, but the reasons for her being let go are simply stated in that she didn’t close any accounts hence not meeting expectations for performance. That was her proving power in that company. Her getting all that positive feedback is just a way of management to keep her motivated.
Brittany Peach does not get it. How many CLOSED deals she produced is all that truly matters in the end. Being nice & working hard means nothing if you don't have CLOSED deals at the end of the month. That is what SALES IS ALL ABOUT. From someone with a 25 year career Pharma/Medical device/Bio Tech & a B.S. in Technical Sales.
First girl is delusional. ZERO accountability. If she doesn’t do a serious ego check, she’s going to live a dead end life with zero prosperity or true purpose
these people who think they can persuade their way out of a firing need to realize they already made their mind up. just make it quick and short. ask when is my last paycheck and bye
Well, it's more like trying to get closure and further information from the employer to see if the firing is unlawful. This is how companies get sued, so they want employees to just give up and leave. Nothing wrong with getting as much as you can at the end. You might be fortunate enough to have a lawsuit in the works.
The last girl was just really painful to watch man the gut wrenching reality of working these corporate jobs and having outcomes like that is just unbelievable
Brittany, The girl in the red sweater filming her layoff has not been able to get a job as of today. People making congratulations for your bravery but the problem is no one's hiring you. You have to think very carefully before you make issues at work public. Are you willing to be a financial martyr?
You are so far up your bosses ass you can probably taste what he had for breakfast. She has no obligation to a company that CANNED HER. No company really cares what another company says and does, because literally -anyone- in America can start some BS mom and pop shop and call themselves a CEO. Her lack of prospects is a personal issue, not a market issue.
She actually landed a job recently as a sales director at Navisite. I don't quite agree with the point here, where she stood up for herself. A company that won't hire a woman like her usually has something to hide.
When you get a job, your first two priorities besides paying immediate bills are paying your debts and saving for 3-6 months of expenses. Because a lot of jobs can fire you for no reason.

I don't give a d*** if I'm late cause I'm not loved to know company. This is why I work for myself. I tell people create value work for yourself. Start your own business. When you work hard for people you are replaceable. They're banking money off you So I am loyal to no one.
I was fired for doing a research on my new supervisor who had no experience in my line of work, on my own time and with my own devices. I had a clean employment record where I met standards for 4 years on all of my performance evaluations.
we all know someone who’s the worst worker ever, always late etc and still has their job. Goes to show that jobs can really use their discretion even if it’s not for the right employees.
I don't blame these people. Don't be loyal to the company because you are replaced upon remember that you are all replaceable. I'm not loved to know on.
The second lady who is firing that man is so insanely tone deaf, she has no sense of self and she is probably is extremely frustrated with her life. GIRL YOU CANNOT BULLY YOUR EMPLOYEES BECAUSE OF YOUR PERSONAL FRUSTRATION!!
I understand some of these firings, especially the girl who said that she didn't show up because it was her birthday. WHAT???? THE YOUTH IS WASTED ON THE YOUTH!!!
This happened to me in January!!!! Because of the stress three days later I was hospitalized with an acute illness. Job security is something that you have to create for yourself You have to be on time you have to be willing to go above and beyond and if you’re not if you have an attitude that the company owes you something your replaceable but remember most employees are at will employer. What that means is, if they need to do cuts, if your stuff is not on point, they will fire you. But it also means you don’t have to give notice to quote they say it Looks better, but tbh the loyalty of two weeks before starting a new job is absurd. They wouldn’t give you two weeks to find a new job. If they can’t offer what the new better job can then at your will start the new one. But yall entitlement of the job you hold, and being Sooo late, It’s crazy. Jobs are not a right they’re a privilege you have to work for it!! If people stopped and read the fine print of the paperwork that you sign It would tell you that the employer is an at will employer Just my experience. If you work for a company like it’s your own company, and you take pride and what you do and how the company expects you to behave, then you’re likely to keep your job. Even if your leader ship doesn’t show you a good example you have to rise above, and be a leader and represent yourself how you wanna be seen. That’s not showing up for work late.
Millennials. My kids are 16 and 14. They’ve never been late to school, athletics, church or even to a friends house. It’s something you learn young. Their mom is very detail oriented. People get fired for a number of reasons. I’ve been fired more than once. That’s life. Crying, whining, does nothing. And trying to fight your employer to stay employed is ridiculous.
Giving someone no reason why they are being let go is so cowardly. Now she will look for another job and get asked why she got laid off, and she won't be able to provide an answer. That HR rep and Director should not be in employed in those positions because they are incompetent in handling these situations.
As a boss, I had a simple rule, if you are late, just work late x2. My folks never abused it, and we just kept that system until we had a change in ownership and then we all just decided that the draconian clock watcher was just too onerous; we all met for lunch one day and decided that we would all clock in on Monday morning, turned in our badges and laptops grabbed the last of the stuff from our desks and clocked out at lunch and gathered at a pub to celebrate our freedom. About 1:30 our phones started to blow up! It was hysterical; we had a white board where we kept track of who got the most missed calls!
You can always be fired for being late. 1 minute, 5, an hour. Late is late, my friend’s boss told her. I remember they say in the army that if you’re not 15 minutes early, you’re late.
Cardinal glass is like this, I started having back issues and was terminated first chance they got. 6 years without a single write up or accident and that meant nothing to them as they are notorious for canning people without a second thought

It doesn’t matter what job you have anybody can be replaced. Even ,you RUclipsrs can be affected. They can cut back on your pay. They can take down your videos if they want to. RUclips is not all that secure as one would have you think. So we’re all vulnerable.
Not if you start your own business and become your own boss.
True
9:39 this is why if you work remote it’s important to work multiple jobs at one time. companies are not loyal. Those days are long gone so folks need to wake up and exploit them the way they exploit us.
The first lady is unbelievable. The fact that she doesn't understand that being late repeatedly is an issue is ridiculous. And after being talked to? SMH Recording it as if the employer is in the wrong is a different level of delusional.
I don't work on my birthday either, BUT I request that time off, and I get it approved months in advance. No call, no show is beyond irresponsible.
Yep I never work on my birthday and book it off in arvance
She's crazy
Exactly
The first girl had to be trolling…. Lol
The second woman who fired the guy for being 15 mins late once out of his while year being there was so fking infuriating to me! She’s being so smug about it. Couldn’t have been me, she would’ve gotten slapped before I left
😂😂 i remembered a coworker got fired for taking something from the garbage 😂😂😂😂 boss fired him for theft.
lol that's messed up
Ain’t no fucking way
@@JayNotJey believe it cause it happened 😂 nigga started crying too
First young lady is childish. Being late and consistently late, is never professional. And being a no call no show on your birthday and you are a grown person? Diabolical!
I don’t even understand why people need to be off for every special occasion, especially if you are a grown person with grown folk bills. A birthday can be celebrated before or after the date.
They feel good when they fire people and that’s real 💯 so that's why I never in my life gave two weeks notice
The poor guy worked for a year and was late for 15mins and that B took his job and ruined his career. Employers don't wanna hire someone who has been terminated. When he does get a job it will be for significantly less pay.
It's fake. He does vids like that.
First woman absolutely should have been fired. It was Justified. She feels entitled to act how she wants and expects everyone to bend to her will. Not the way the world works. There's lot of days i dont want to get up at 4am to be on the road for 4:30 to be onsite for 6:30 am in the middle of winter when its -15c outside if i am teaching at the further edge of my territory. But its part of my job and i just do it.
That first girls mindset is insane 😂😂😂
Companies can fire you at the drop of a hat (some reasons are definitely justified), but want you to give them a 2 week notice when you quit.
The first girl was as wrong as two left shoes. HR did right to fire her. No call No show on her birthday? Why didn't she just put in a request off on that day?🤡
My job did a mass firing with managers being let go as well. Yesterday😩
The 4th one is standing her ground i love that
Being a rude bitch will get you nowhere.
I've always been fired off-camera...
The first one has no accountability. Fired for a good reason.
They are British not Australian.
these people who think they can persuade their way out of a firing need to realize they already made their mind up. just make it quick and short. ask when is my last paycheck and bye
Well, it's more like trying to get closure and further information from the employer to see if the firing is unlawful. This is how companies get sued, so they want employees to just give up and leave. Nothing wrong with getting as much as you can at the end. You might be fortunate enough to have a lawsuit in the works.
Love your content and feedback 😊 love from Ireland 😊
The last girl was just really painful to watch man the gut wrenching reality of working these corporate jobs and having outcomes like that is just unbelievable
Go shawty, its ya birthday everyday now!
The 2nd person; HR lady sitting there smiling and smug while she ruined an employee's career and livelihood.
yet she is also an employee that will be fired some day too
Brittany, The girl in the red sweater filming her layoff has not been able to get a job as of today.
“Y’all too grown up for me “… girl please!!!
2:55 ok! Girl you can’t be late like everyday
Facts
When you get a job, your first two priorities besides paying immediate bills are paying your debts and saving for 3-6 months of expenses.
Because a lot of jobs can fire you for no reason.
Been there done that. I was laid off after 26 years !!! I did get a year and a half of severance. I now work at a totally different industry !!!
15 minutes early! That's the motto
I was homeless
Sleeping on sidewalks
So…that changed me forever I’ll never be the same again
Life truly is short and the universe will take care of of you as long as you aren’t on drugs that are resorting your body..from the inside out or…outside through needles…
Very traumatic experience…and I still feel every bit of homelessness even this day…my body will never recover and be the same again…
I got used to feeling that way and it’s actually very comfortable in a way that’s very strange…yet uncomfortable as well..I went to California…and lived there
If I have to be homeless then I’ll go where I want at least…
First girl is clueless. She deserved to get fired. Late is late. And multiple times at that. Who cares if you still worked, you come in at the time they tell you. She is very very clueless.
Brittany cooked the fuck outta HR 🤣🤣🔥🔥🔥
“y’all to grown for me” 😭😂🤣😂
Does arguing with the person firing you ever work to change the decision? Not sure how that would change the outcome.
It's a defense mechanism.
The outcome was decided weeks ago
Everybody has a I should’ve said this after they gotten fired regret
Actually obtaining reason is valid. Can sue the company if it's unreasonable/ unjustified
Means nothing. Just leave.
I got fired because a lady lied on me and said I called her derogatory names and threw food at her with an intent to cause harm😂😂😂
First chick really looking at the camera like she don't understand why she's being fired 😂 girl please
6:41 lol that’s not an Aussie accent. They are both from the UK. She sounds kind of a blend of Scottish and Irish he’s deff from England
theyre welsh
There most definitely not english irish scottish or aussie, they're actually welsh. Hes a known fake scenario creater. All his content is staged
The last HR reps made the mistake of not telling her the actual reason for the layoffs. Blaming it on her performance. At least be honest
This is a lawsuit where I’m from. Wrongful dismissal and some $$$$ for pain and suffering…
I work on birthday almost everyday I got bills and other responsibilities 🤦🏾♀️
I don't give a d*** if I'm late cause I'm not loved to know company. This is why I work for myself. I tell people create value work for yourself. Start your own business. When you work hard for people you are replaceable. They're banking money off you So I am loyal to no one.
How did you start your business?
I was fired for doing a research on my new supervisor who had no experience in my line of work, on my own time and with my own devices. I had a clean employment record where I met standards for 4 years on all of my performance evaluations.
we all know someone who’s the worst worker ever, always late etc and still has their job. Goes to show that jobs can really use their discretion even if it’s not for the right employees.
I don't blame these people. Don't be loyal to the company because you are replaced upon remember that you are all replaceable. I'm not loved to know on.
If you’re in an “At Will” state, the employer doesn’t need a reason to let you go.
I work on my birthday too and I literally just turned 20 in June she talking about “too grown”😭
Late is late it's work time is everything
The second lady who is firing that man is so insanely tone deaf, she has no sense of self and she is probably is extremely frustrated with her life. GIRL YOU CANNOT BULLY YOUR EMPLOYEES BECAUSE OF YOUR PERSONAL FRUSTRATION!!
I understand some of these firings, especially the girl who said that she didn't show up because it was her birthday. WHAT???? THE YOUTH IS WASTED ON THE YOUTH!!!
First lady on video deserved to be fired. 5+ times late to work.
Layoffs aren't always performance related.
The first girl needs to GROW UP !!!! Fr fr.
The first person must be rage bait because wtf 😭
But yall entitlement of the job you hold, and being Sooo late,
It’s crazy. Jobs are not a right they’re a privilege you have to work for it!!
If people stopped and read the fine print of the paperwork that you sign
It would tell you that the employer is an at will employer
Just my experience.
All that effort means zero.
Mane FUCK THEM COMPANIES 😂 I'LL GOTDAMN. . .
Skipping work to go party hardy for your birthday is insane!!!
Obviously not Australian. LMFAO..😂
SHE WAS LATE ON MY BIRTHDAY....❤❤❤08/08/1985 .. I WAS ON TIME 😂😂😂
Cardinal glass is like this, I started having back issues and was terminated first chance they got. 6 years without a single write up or accident and that meant nothing to them as they are notorious for canning people without a second thought
I got fired from a car dealership out of nowhere on October 18. I was a salesman. It was difficult to sale anything since the area is least populated. Also, there were favoritism where it was hard for me to get good leads to potential customers. The general manager lied about how much you can possibly get paid. They technically stole money from me from vehicles I sold
First girl is a living stereotype
Yup
I felt embarrassed honestly… the whole call was terrible second hand embarrassment
The second one is crazy, they would have been escorting me out in silver bracelets. I hope he got a lawyer! Wow the third one I know she would find another job and I wish her the best…. Smh…… Brittany did that, she like don’t BS me on everything. I respect anyone who standup for themselves and individuals should give feedback on jobs they’ve work and was let go from.
