- On January 19, 2024 in Florida, deputies responded to a call about a recently fired employee that had gotten verbally aggressive with the restaurant's manager. When deputies arrived, they found the woman sitting outside at a table near the front doors. This is police footage of the events that followed.

She more than likely was released a couple hours after she got to jail on an OR/Own Recognizance bond. At most maybe she did spend the night to see the judge the following day. But she may get a fifty dollar disorderly conduct fine for this scene, but she's fine. A civil rights attorney is gonna love this, as she had every right to be there in the parking lot, yes she is a terminated former employee, but she had a reason to be there, whilst her rideshare was on the way, as long as she wasn't going back inside to start anything etc.
@@taralen1101 She was charged for trespassing, not disorderly. There is no "constitutional right" to remain on private property when told to leave, so no civil rights attorney would take that case. Having a "reason to be there" does not negate the owner's absolute right to have a disorderly person removed immediately.

I was part of the hiring process at my last job. We interviewed at least a dozen people and not one single person fit the job, but we were under a bind and needed a person. They didn’t last long. I knew they wouldn’t last long. I told my supervisor they weren’t going to last long. So much wasted time in training people and this was for a research job at a hospital, not slinging hash at chicken restaurant. Regardless of the level of education a person needs for a position - a bad attitude is really hard to find in a job interview.

There was absolutely nothing about him that was being cool. All he has to do is wait quietly for the Uber to show up and the problem is solved. Or he could give her a ride. There is no law stopping him. He deliberately escalated the situation to create a situation to arrest her. I hope she sues because that is an easy win.

This is my local Culver’s. We go there at least twice a month. Food is awesome. Staff is always been great. Don’t think I’ve ever seen this crazy lady there though.

I managed a pizza hut in Austin. Most people manage to keep their job for as long as they want.....but the average turnover rate was 30 days on paper because for every 10 good workers who will spend years with you....there is always one or two you gotta fire before you even learn their full name....😂
