Thanks for the video.....just got blood test results on my serotonin levels. Basically my serotonin is no existent. Barely detectible in the test. Started taking different supplements and made a diet change. Hopefully it works

Me with something ?!! I have low serotonine levels from 5 yrs ! Insomnia …. Eat like a pig … aggresion … and of course depression !!! I put in my diet 5 htp and L-tryptophan ! 2-3 g trp & 5 htp 100-250 mg day ! Nothing happen ! I check my serotonine levels and they are the same ! Do you think i have a prob with methilation ?! I really need you re help becouse look like a very info men and onest !

Second off, I'm not so sure serotonin is all that great at least in men. It has been shown to increase laerned helplessness and decrease productivity and motivation due to serotonin's antagonistic effects on dopamine.

Happy Halloween.... I'm going to try out your suggestions on this vid. I have always known about the importance eating a simple banana can do. My psych 101 teacher taught us this. He said it increases serotonin. I didn't know cashews helped too. I'm going to buy some raw cashew to eat. Also start using cashew butter. I drink silk's chocolate nut milk for any time I crave something sweet. It has 10g of protein per serving. Way better for you then dairy. In fact I stopped almost all dairy products. The added hormones and crap they put in there has a bad reaction on our bodies.. But that is a diff video : aka diff subject.
