Florida has plenty of sunlight. Sounds like a great idea to work out side but what if you live up north where it's cold during the winter?
Light increases serotonin it doesn't have to be sunlight, just use lightbulbs and always turn on the lights wherever you are. You can take vitamin d supplements in addition to that

I have slow COMT.. I have anxiety so my HR is high wihtout me doing anything.

I was addicted to Molly , daily user for 5 years. Hard drug to quit. The brain forgets how to generate positive brain chemistry . One month of pure hell after you quit. I recomend medical detox. It is the hardest drug I ever had to quit.

nutmeg, kava is the worst liver fucker out there that I avoid it. smoking tobacco obviously is bad for u but it does work but u dont want to become a smoker and depend on nicotine for happy. tobacco raises the heart rate almost like coffee does. scary shit but eh.
i will say this of nutmeg anytime i got high off nutmeg i came back wiser and not giving a fuck. it has been like pushing a reset button on my thoughts. to bad nutmeg is bad for u that cant b used everyday and ur body becomes tolerant to it so u gotta space out its usage faaaar apart or rarely use it like i do.

It says on the St John’s wort packet not to consume with antidepressants and to consult a dr before taking
you need new drs. Herbs are taught for contraindication in medical school.
While I was on a protease inhibitor for chronic HCV infection, my information had it that ST Johns Wort was contraindicated for this drug regimen.
