Finally, someone pointed out which option to chose in the last part. I added administrators, local and system, just to be sure. My windows been freezing for minute randomly and this should fix it.

@@Allysatheprincess ..No, on my case my CPU was overheating 🥵 built a Asus Rog powerful PC on a not so good case “airflow” not great and with the “ASUS ROG STRIX LC 120 RGB all-in-one liquid CPU cooler with Aura Sync RGB, and 1x ROG 120mm ARGB radiator fan” it was just pulling hot air, so after I removed my side panel, all is great 👍 high temps up to “65-69” instead of “75-79” ..Thats why my PC was crashing a lot. Good luck 🍀 with yours, hope you get to figure out what’s making it crash 💥

My problem was originally event 10010, but i re-installed a fresh new windows 10 version. got the 10016 error. After a long search on the internet i couldnt find the solution (i thought it was a hardware problem). But i fixed it by just updaing my AMD chipset driver (processor update) and that's it.

sadly, it seemed to still be giving me the random empty screens for no reason. windows.secuirtycenter.wscdataprotection something like that, plus three more Warnings it gives me before the computer screen goes blank
and what is the change on ur computer? wtf saved life, computer just keep working without understand anything.. jusr if u check event u will see that error

yeah same issue on pc also suddenly getting turn off freeze then monitor black, i did what he did, hope its fixed now.

For me. No, it ended up causing another problem and I had to factory reset the pc.
