I tried everything, re-installed a fresh new windows 10 version. still couldn't find the solution (i thought it was a hardware problem). But i fixed it by just updating my AMD chipset driver (processor update) and that's it.
@@systmaticd4169 I reinstalled Windows and it fixed it. Use the reinstall fix that lets you keep your files. It took me about an hour or so to redo updates and reinstall some of the programs that did get deleted, but my files were all in tact. Just take a pic of the list of programs that Windows will display before it does the install. It’s a confirmation prompt letting you know what’s going to get removed. Good Iuck.
