That's awesome he reads so well already. My eldest was a early reader too. Reading and spelling just came natural to her. Colton is ridiculously cute ...a smarty pants too 😁 that's the best age in my opinion.. everything is so amazing to them at that age.

When a flavor includes the word "cream", I use cream. Otherwise, I use butter.

I feel it would be redundant. There's plenty of other channels out there doing that are a lot more experienced at keto baking than I am. 😉

Indigo Nili and Keto Upgrade have done some really good things with that bread and I certainly approve of it. I don't eat it because I don't feel like making it. I can whip up a couple of very bread like chaffles in a matter of minutes and have less dishes to clean. 🙂

Sorry for the question because it is not related to the video. But can i know nearly after how much time you drank Apple cider vinegar you could eat everything( fast food type things or spicy, fried meals ) without burning in your chest ?

Steve what does you CGM say when fasted and you eat a Keto Chow? I went back and looked at previous videos, you haven't mentionned. I guess it's Low.
No noticeable movement.
Here in Canada we have a Splenda Stevia with erythritol, stevia & natural flavors. Huge glucose spike.
Anyone else experienced this?

I'm not a big fan of drinking protein shakes anymore but this was a really cute video. I need a dose of caffeine to be able to get motivated for work. My morning routine I drink an iced coffee that I make my self with heavy cream and Stevia and I eat a protein bar and I eat a very very small lunch at work and then I eat a big healthy dinner
It’s really not a protein shake; it’s a meal replacement. Like you, though, coffee is my “breakfast” (and often my lunch). 😉
