Hi Ganesh, thank you! In monophase system, we use only one single tank (indoors) from nauplius to PL10. This is preferred way for smaller hatcheries, with smaller space, tanks and workers. It is less complicated and cheaper to set up and run. But as mentioned, the tank can become dirty towards the last week, so keep an eye on bacteria and protozoa, check the water and larvae a few times per day under the microscope. Can I use leave that is anti bacteria reduce water bacteria to make my larvae be disinfected from bacteria I've always seen my larvae die after 5 day can you give me any more tips like the video thanks
