This is true af in case if he is working on any indian airlines...My brother is Aircraft mechanic worked in spicejet for 3 years ,struggled a lot to get into other airlines outside india... Things are entirely different if you work outside india

True to its core but job placements are difficult for an AME, but if you have a jack then you can easily get into the job but again with a low pay scale.
I dont understand which institute provides entry with 50-60 percent. In my institute it was 70 percent in pcm with entrance exam.. you can chk IIAE dwarka Delhi.. it is not a low salary job yes struggle are hard to become An AME but at the end you will love this job.. and there is no need of any jack.. sad to hear this.. your ability and knowledge in maintenance accelerates you in this field .. good luck to those who want to pursue career in this. .. also an AME course can't be classified on one opinion.. no need to go for EASA.. we hv dgca😊.. but also remember it is more harder than a normal CSE engg..or other branch like mbbs .. after clearing the exam bamec hv to be clear.. journey is not so easy... Remember hardwork always paid off.. I could not understand y it is a course it is never ending engineering at last❤
