Just imagine... This station is surrounded by so much beauty and greenery now in these times.... I wonder how much more beautiful it must have been 30-50 years back or beyond that... When steam engines must be running on these tracks!... I can just feel it. It must be purely heaven.. For sure!
In my childhood days in 1950s the Bombay Doon used to stop at Kansro Jungles station.. Kansro We used to wait to see the Beautiful station Jungles. ELEPHANTS 🐘 used to stroll here..Thanks...I m missing those days..Kansro is in my memories 😢
In 74 to 2000 I traveled by Bombay to Doon . Really miss a lot When train crosses Kansro Dil Aur Ankhie eik anjani si khushi mehsoos karta k now Dehradun is about to come 5:30 train Doon k station par pahunch jati thi . Koi Laura de mere bitie huie Din Now my children specially go by dis train to rennet their childhood memories ❤
इस तरह का दूसरा स्टेशन है, कोटद्वार - नजीबाबाद सेक्शन में, सनेह रोड। यह कोटद्वार से दस किलोमीटर और नजीबाबाद से पंद्रह किलोमीटर है। यहां से भी अब न सवारियां चढ़ती हैं न उतरती हैं। रेलवे रूल बुक के हिसाब से हर पच्चीस किलोमीटर के सेक्शन के मध्य एक हाॅल्ट स्टेशन जरूरी है। कांसरो भी यही भूमिका निभा रहा है।

2011 - 2014 तक बहुत travel किया है राय वाला से देहरादून । Collage जाता था , क्या दिन थे अब वापस नहीं आयेंगे । Kansro में उतरा भी था कई बार । Train cross करने के लिए hault करती थी यह train । और प्राकृतिक नजारे , जंगल - जानवर सब हैं यहां ।

I have stayed in Kansro forest rest house in 1977 and 1979. At that time it was spelt something like Cansarrow
