Ezio's Family is an all time great not only in the Assassin's Creed franchise, but in gaming in general. A whole generation has nostalgia when hearing the theme, I have so many great memories of Assassin's Creed II, it was the first story game I played from start to finish, it was the game that made me ask my father for my first GPU and that got me into gaming tech, and for a few years I got the new Assassin's Creed game for Christmas since my dad saw how much I enjoyed and loved this franchise. I have every game until Black Flag in special edition physical copy and I'm really happy to be part of the AC community.
For me Revelations is the best in the trilogy. AC 2 had the best atmosphere, AC Brotherhood had the best gameplay and management, AC Revelations had the best story
Personally during the game I didn’t feel much but now looking back I just want to feel that same feeling again exploring Istanbul, doing the den defenses, solving the parkour puzzles, training recruits to max level
I'm not the biggest AC fan out there, I think that the game-play ranges from mediocre to good, but the music and the world design were always fantastic.
"Where Other Men Blindly Follow The Truth, Remember, Nothing Is True. Where Other Men Are Limited By Morality Or Law, Remember, Everything Is Permitted. WE Work In The Dark to Serve The Light. WE Are Assassin's."
Odyssey is rightfully disliked by a lot of the old AC fans, the ones who have experienced the story of legends like Altair, Ezio and Connor. Their stories were deep, profound and there were so many things to learn. As Altair, we saw the birth of a mentor who learned the true meaning of an Assassin and became the beacon for generations of Assassins that followed. From a man who was the very epitome of an Assassin, to the Mentor of the Creed, his story was of profound grief and loss. Yet, he walked the path of the Eagle, and made a declining order great again. As Ezio, we saw a young, romantic and brash teenager undergo tragedy of a lifetime and discover the meaning of the Creed through his own pain and trauma to become a phoenix who established and spread the Brotherhood far and wide, resisting the hands of oppression every step of the way. From Ezio Auditore da Firenze to Mentor Ezio Auditore da Assassini, we saw birth of a legend whose work lasted even centuries after his death. As Connor, we understood the meaning of freedom and selflessness. Starting out as a mere boy out for vengeance, we saw him stumble time and again but never falter in his noble goal of safeguarding freedom for all. From Ratonhnaketon of the Kanien:kehaka, he became the Founding Father of the United States and gave birth to a new American Brotherhood from the decaying corpse of the Colonial Brotherhood. He lost everything and everyone dear to him, and in turn safeguarded thousands upon thousands. That was his compromise. As Kassandra, what did we get really ? A beautiful open world maybe, but where was the story ? Where were the lessons so profound and moments so tear jerking that would move even the coldest or make the proudest bow in reverence ? Odyssey did its job of explaining the Isu roots of the series, but lacked what made the Assassin's Creed series so beautiful.
Assassin's creed III Main theme is the best in my opinion. There's just something about it that is amazing. The different electronics, Instruments, The vibe, The aura. It's perfect. First assassin's creed game i've played and I was immediately hooked. My favourite video game franchise.

Ezio’s Family reminds me of those times years ago when I’d wake up early on a Saturday morning and rush downstairs to boot up the 360 and play AC2. It was literally the first video game I’ve played. Funny enough, my 360 broke when I was playing it and never started back up, leaving the game unfinished. But 2 years ago I bought the Ezio Trilogy, relived the past and managed to finish his story all the way till his death. What a protagonist.
I love AC Origins theme, it has sad undertones but also its full of adventure and makes you look forward in life after a tragedy like in Bayak's story.
revelations was the best, ezio is really trying to find peace while still staying true to his creed and the assassin's. he wanted to mourn his family in ac 2 but he couldn't, as his vengeance for his family was a burning flame in him. he couldn't extinguish the flame. he wanted to find something in him while delivering vengeance to his family's killers. he wanted something out of it but nevertheless got something out. that is all. trying to get something out of live while at the same time trying to enjoy things. everything happens for a reason as everything will happen for a reason. remember to never give up. things may seem dusty but you'll understand the dark road what is ahead of you. safe travels friends.
i remember how hyped we all were when unity trailer and gameplay was released, the coop was unique and it was the first ac game where u could enter buildings in the open world. altough brotherhood, black flag and AC3 were my favourites, i can say that every game was worth it, including odyssey, and valhalla, even if they arent real assassins creed games anymore.
@Abdul Rahman I know, its one of first instances of ubisoft just assasins creed on a game that could have gotten more love if it was its own series, not assassins creed, just black flag, same with the rpg trilogy, they could have been in a different series
I just like them all, they are all equal in my opinion, I know it sounds like the classic "I like them all" crap, but seriously, each one fits the time period and feeling of the main character. I have a long discussion bout this so yeah. it is also my opinion, so you may hate it or love it, also sorry, this will not be completely unbiased so enjoy. In AC 1(set in the Holy Land, AKA Israel, with Altair) fits, it feels mysterious yet gives us a sense of Altair, he is one of the only characters who we get little to no background story of. This man is what it means to be a true assassin, you shall never be forgotten over all these years Altair . AC 2(set in Italy, late 15th to early 16th century) hits hard. it is large and tragic, composing of a choir giving us what is now the main theme of this series, This does not feel like it belongs in early Italy but it works with it due to the feeling of purpose, regret, and a mission, the story of Ezio herein his life. AC Brotherhood(set in Rome during the 16th century) also fits. Before in Ezio's pervious game, it was a quest for vengeance, and was personal. This however feels more dramatic and more intense which fits the goal of this game really well. AC Revelations(set in Constantinople 1511) is a true final theme for Ezio, it sounds tired, wise, and in a sense holy. The game reflects this as it is a search for the Hidden Library, this is a mission searching for the man who has become a symbol of the creed and his knowledge, Ezio's true final adventure and send off, he was a assassin for over thirty years, he lived quite a long life for someone back than(Side note the average life was 30 to 45 years, Ezio was 50 here, he is not a grandpa, he is a great grandpa here in terms of age) AC 3(set in America 1754 to 1783, American revolution) is a doozy. Its not bad, just sad the game was generally unlike I liked it, you may disagree, But this song is pretty fitting, in the beginning it felt native American to me, but as time went on it got more intense which fits the game, intense and personal, Connor(not going to try and type his real name) this is a hunt for the people who hurt his clan years ago and protect them in the future, and must(SPOILERS... Kill his father). AC Black Flag(set west indies 18th century, the Golden age of pirates) is great for it. It at first sounds calm and tropical but quiet like a calm before the storm and it is. it then picks up and feels intense and well piratic, it reflects Edward well, wanting a calm but is currently in a storm that he enjoys the dangers of it, fantastic I think. AC Rouge(set in the seven years war, parts of north America) which I love. This song sounds quiet and cold at first, giving a air of solitude yet determination with that flute. This is the story of Shay Cormac a former assassin turned templar by a tragedy caused by ignorance, he never wanted he turn nor have to do this, but he had to For HIS creed, love this song and game. AC Unity(set France, the French revolution) a good theme. This is the story of Arno Dorian, a story of at first redemption turned love story, the song starts off quiet and peaceful but with the feeling of unease caused by something else, it gets intense similar to how his life was flipped and now he hunts for the truth and the killer, but than gets quiet symbolizing his love and a change, but still the same target during a time of chaos, this reflects the game really well, I liked the game personally, but hey sue me. AC Syndicate( London 1868, the end of the industrial revolution) This is gorgeous to listen to(I'm a sucker for this kind of music). This is short and beautiful, the cello is amazing with this, it sounds like a struggle for power just like this story. The Frye twins, though together but separated by goals, the mission for power, restoration, and the hunt whilst the other searches for knowledge, clarity, and search for a treasure, a beautiful story for one city. AC Origins(set Egypt, Ptolemaic period) fits real well with the location and feeling. it feels new in a strange way but similar(fitting as this was the beginning of the new direction of the series) it is the story of revenge and beginning of the creed, Bayek the father of the creed, never intended or wanted the creed at first, but his journey opened his eyes like his eagle and reshaped the world as we know it, while not being seen. AC Odyssey(set Greece, the Peloponnesian War) is Coolio, the legend of the misthios, The Eagle Bearer, in a time before the assassins, this is the story of the isu and the pieces of Eden, it fits with the feel of the game, not that of assassins', but of a search for family, and the hunt of those who would prevent that and harm them. Truly a interesting way of this game. AC Valhalla(set Anglo-Saxon England, 9th century) newest game and still with a awesome theme. This feels Nordic and powerful, this is a story of Eivor, someone who would change the creed and help his people no matter what. This song fits and this game is really good, hope you can say the same. That's it for me, Thank you listening to me and wish you the best during this time, i love you all and hope you and your familys are happy, thank you again for listing to me for so long.
It definitely shows how iconic the Ezio's Family with it being in so many themes for other games in the series I remember hearing it in the cinematic trailer for Mirage and just getting chills
As someone who’s played and completed every assassin’s creed, Valhalla is really really good. It’s a mix of the good old and new and honestly, in terms of story and gameplay; it might top my list. I highly recommend this game. My favourite themes definitely have to be Revelations, Valhalla and AC2
Valhalla is one of the best for sure. It shows that they still get what the true AC fans want. Really captures the entire universe of AC and not the 20th " you are an assassin kill templars plz they aren't technically bad but not good kill templar ok" it's a thought out story showing the effect and influence of the order and dives deeper into the Isu lore. Also, it feels like they ended the game as a banger set up for a sequel, while also not feeling too open-ended. Darby at it again.
@@davidvizi8837 Yeah. The ending for Valhalla was absolutely CRAZY and I'm interested to see what they're going to do with it. With this direction, the series will be at an all time peak.
Here's what every theme conveyed to me, in hindsight: AC - Chasing ideals/idealism AC2 - Coming of age/romanticism ACB - Growing up/ coming to terms with reality AC Revelations - Enlightenment/making peace AC3 - Becoming Independent / righting wrongs AC4 - Recklessness and its consequences AC Rogue - Reneging AC Unity - Naivete/Being taken for a ride AC Syndicate - Cloak-and-dagger / the Underbelly AC Origins - Echoes of a civilization passed AC Odyssey - Of Myths and Men / being superhuman AC Valhalla - Of Gods and Men / being eternal Comments?
i havent played all the AC´s yet but of the ones i did... even with all the hate from since origins RPG mechanics... i enjoyed every single one of them... and in my opinion... i couldnt have come up with a better comment than yours did.. well done sir
You know what I noticed? None of the AC games can be truly considered "badly designed" games. But... you can see the series lost itself over time. Currently giving Valhalla a chance, and I'm actually kinda enjoying it, but the stealth is just not it, chief. And the vibe isn't the same as, for instance, the Ezio trilogy.
Ezio's family : THE song. It wields the Power of serenity, it brings light to the darkest hearts. It's filled with emotions. It says so much without saying anything. A true masterpiece. Every time i hear it i have tears running from my eyes. The song of a saga, a Masterpiece, our creed. Makes me proud
1. valhalla 2. Black Flag 3. AC 3 basically every theme gets stuck in my head for days on end every so often. they really made some amazing music for this franchise and im all for it
Almost no comments for III but it's the only one where I legit had a hard time convincing myself to play the game and not just sit there listening to the theme. Lol.
@@muhammadeihaab3263 "the themes" you mean same theme? not really Ezio's one is impactful, emotional Ac III's one is epic, you want to get there and kick everyone's asses. If you meant that AC III is Ezio's song version of Ac III, it doesn't mean that it has the same theme...
Love how each of the themes sort of encompass the tale of each AC game. Like with AC 2's somber haunting melody, AC 3's theme of war and a rising hope and the wild adventurous theme of black flag, it's truely great work by the musicians much respect 😁
Personally 3 was one of my least favorite because of the switching around characters, and I kept getting stuck on that one mission where you eavesdrop in the fort.
The revelations theme you can actually feel the sadness and despair of both Ezio and Desmond. Ezio is tired of his life as an assassin he has lost so much and gained so little, while on the other hand Desmond is a broken man both spiritually and mentally trapped in the guts of the animus.
I love AC 3 and AC Revelations. Not only for their great themes. I heard that some guy lead tourists through a place in Italy because he knew the streets so well from playing ac. That's both sad and amazing. Props to that guy.
AC theme - It begins AC 2 theme - The Soul AC Bro theme - Romanian Hitman AC Rev theme - The Legacy AC 3 theme - Rise of a true hero AC Black flag theme - Best Pirate theme EVER. AC Rogue theme - Northern Beauty AC Unity theme - Need future audio technology to play this AC Syndicate theme - End of an era AC Origin theme - Mysteries of Egypt, Sahara, Mayans, Aliens AC Odyssey theme - Spartan heritage AC Valhalla theme - Ragnar looking at his children from Valhalla
Assassin's creed III will always have a place in my heart. It was the first AC game that i played. when i was in 4th grade, i was pretending that i had hidden blades and even tried to talk in mohawk xD all my childhood...

i dont know why no one talk about odyssey , its so underrated
No! Its actually shit. with a lot of grinding and mythological elements which has taken away the core of AC spirit.
Black flag was my first AC game, that will always be my favourite theme, too nostalgic
Assassin's creed III Main theme is the best in my opinion. There's just something about it that is amazing. The different electronics, Instruments, The vibe, The aura. It's perfect. First assassin's creed game i've played and I was immediately hooked. My favourite video game franchise.
It's gives nostalgia fighting those templars, hiding, ripping of posters those axe upgrade and specially the horse. Ac3 had the best horse game logic.
Assassin's Creed 3 doesn't deserve as much hatred as it gets, it's a really nice game with a really nice story and good characters.

What a protagonist.
damn, valhalla's theme has really been growing on me
AC 2 theme will always be the iconic introduction and symbol of all AC games.
yes
The syndicate theme is extremely underrated. It sounds so nice and relaxing.
and the way it builds up in intensity before peaking is just *chef's kiss*
I love AC Origins theme, it has sad undertones but also its full of adventure and makes you look forward in life after a tragedy like in Bayak's story.
revelations was the best, ezio is really trying to find peace while still staying true to his creed and the assassin's. he wanted to mourn his family in ac 2 but he couldn't, as his vengeance for his family was a burning flame in him. he couldn't extinguish the flame. he wanted to find something in him while delivering vengeance to his family's killers. he wanted something out of it but nevertheless got something out. that is all. trying to get something out of live while at the same time trying to enjoy things. everything happens for a reason as everything will happen for a reason. remember to never give up. things may seem dusty but you'll understand the dark road what is ahead of you. safe travels friends.
everytime that black flag music used to pop up in the loading screen or somewhere else, this song just remained in my mind forever since 2015
i remember how hyped we all were when unity trailer and gameplay was released, the coop was unique and it was the first ac game where u could enter buildings in the open world.
altough brotherhood, black flag and AC3 were my favourites, i can say that every game was worth it, including odyssey, and valhalla, even if they arent real assassins creed games anymore.
ac3 was the last actual assasins creed, 4 was more of a pirate game but fun , they just milked the franchise in rogue and since
I recall the ability to enter buildings all the way back in 3rd
@Abdul Rahman I know, its one of first instances of ubisoft just assasins creed on a game that could have gotten more love if it was its own series, not assassins creed, just black flag, same with the rpg trilogy, they could have been in a different series
AC III and IV are gonna hold a special place in my heart
in AC Revelation I can feel how Ezio is tired
Эта музыка играет, когда Эцио находит Альтаира и от этого это звучит очень душевно
ending of ac black flag made me cry, idc what you say that has only happened to me twice and its still one of my fav games to to this day
Same, it's a bittersweet ending. I appreciate it more and more with time.
The game reflects this as it is a search for the Hidden Library, this is a mission searching for the man who has become a symbol of the creed and his knowledge, Ezio's true final adventure and send off, he was a assassin for over thirty years, he lived quite a long life for someone back than(Side note the average life was 30 to 45 years, Ezio was 50 here, he is not a grandpa, he is a great grandpa here in terms of age)
AC 3(set in America 1754 to 1783, American revolution) is a doozy.
Nice job for the effort I agree with you.
AC 1 set in Palestine, not Israel
