forgive me, but you only see the real difference in postproduction, it makes no sense to see the flat, original shots... you use 10 bit if you do the color later in post, you have a much higher recovery in blacks and highlights, in backlight with 10 bits, while with 8 bits you have image degradation and in any case the recovery is very limited.
Why can't the frame be skewed when using 2 cameras to record 1 video with the same viewing angle? Did you shoot in 10bit and then in post-production turned it into 2 versions, 8bit and 10bit? Looking at the video, we don't see much difference. These are just parameters the publisher wants us to know to increase the price. Viewers can't tell the difference between the videos.
I guess not. You probably need a 10 bit screen, to actually see the difference. And this is assuming, YT actually delivers the 10 bits to the PC and GPU. I used to have a 10 bit screen, side-by-side with an 8 bit, and the colors were definitly more intense on the 10 bit, well noticable. However, I do not have it any more, so I can not judge this video.
10 bit is way better to my eyes. Much better highlight rolloff.. 8 bit colors after YT compression looks like a mobile phone and way too contrasty.. some may like it though. 10 bit is definitely cinematic..8 is digital
watching on a 10 bit display (u2723qe) and i can clearly see a difference to the one furthest on the right. plenty of detail in the shadows that seem lost in the 2 others.
I have a very good monitor, so it's easy to see that 10bit is much better than 8bit. Sharper, more light, more colors, 8bit looks so cheap that you don't even want to give it a second look.
@@ZvilgantisKailis it also isnt color graded yet, once its in post production you probably can see more of those details & differences start to show in both

I can very barely make out the difference. Thanks for this!

Color 8 bit is more nice for me
can you even tell the differents if you don't have a 10 bit panel ?
yes

8 bit looks more cool to the eyes than 10 bit..
why 8 bit look more suprior😂 oh my old my eyes
So 8 bit is darker and less detailed.
Everything is good, but can we see the difference on our smartphones. 😅
