The moderator is doing a terrible job. Not only is he visibly restless and fidgety throughout, he doesn't even wait for PK to finish his answers before moving on.
Gender balance would have made it more enjoyable and easygoing if there were any option of having a female modarator they should have had it!

He is not a news anchor, he is a professor who taught at Harvard for 10 years and he is an alma mater of MIT. He is just asking some questions for his students. What is so wrong with that? Why do you expect people to have typecast behaviour as is expected by you?

@@ranjanc9846 No nothing wrong with being an alma mater of any university or teaching. I am commenting based on the role he has taken on here, ie, a moderator. And a very poor job at that. His achievements in other fields are irrelevant here. And such behaviour is usually expected of people.

I understand the Prof is not a TV anchor but if you are going to put this on RUclips and it being a conference at HU ( and not a classroom discussion), I expected it to be better moderated. The Prof seemed to have ego and didn't come prepared for his opening statement on PK and no clarity on how to conduct the Q & A like mic was not passed on and constant interruptions.
Prashant Kishore is very clear in his thoughts and articulation. My sense is that he is likely to be advisor or direct actor as part of the Federal/ Third Front to take on the Modi juggernaut . Mark the man. p. S. Jayaramu

Local Bodies are state subject and it varies from state to state. States like Delhi, West Bengal do provide financial power to elected members... Moderator should have done his homework...

If you raise money, you don't necessarily need to return the favor for the same.

I appreciate his efforts to get youth into politics. But my concern is not the number of youth get into politics, the point is that they are honest in-corrupted politicians matters. Instead of inducting 100 corrupt politicians 5 honest politicians is better and too many corrupt politicians will squeeze honest politics also.
First of all our states need to get more autonomy then districts then talukas & village.

It’s not that one is rich or poor to become a politician. If you want to be elected, you should be ready to make party leaders richer besides they themselves get rich. Which means be a corrupt politician. otherwise you will not be allowed to join a party and contest. as an individual it’s impossible to get elected or collect funds. I don’t think anyone other than Obama who collected from public donated without any agenda. In India, common people don’t donate, they expect the parties and candidates pay them instead.

It seems the moderator and prashanth both don't know about chandrababu naidu political career. Before becoming the son-in-law of NTR, he had been a student leader, MLA, MINISTER, businessman( it is a norm in USA for students t practice earning while learning. Chandrababu naidu practiced this as a student, ran many businesses as a student). It is unfortunate for prashanth seems something personal against CBN. Any objective study of Indian political leaders would show CBN as a greatest leader BHARAT has produced. If INDIA gets CBN as PM for 10 years, India will be a greatly, positively changed nation. Unfortunately india never had a PM like CBN ( a great visionary, humanist, Democrat, unbelievable hard worker, task master, always ahead of all in most ways). India Unfortunately elected and electing cynical, ineffective politicians as PMs. Prashanth unfortunately thinking in the cynical lines for all his intelligence ( his intelligence made big part in YS JAGAN winning in AP, a death blow to new state). Cynical, jealous politicians and intellectuals brought down india. Atleast we may not help india, let us not harm india by supporting all sorts of bad people occupy important chairs
