When I was young and in schools I attended few public functions of RSS in Shivaji park in Mumbai. One of them was presided by Shri. Guruji Golwalkar. At the background of the podium it was written that - विजय ही विजय है ( It's all triamph) and as a scholboy I just wondered what it means. Now at the ripe age of post 60 years what it means.
It was meant to develop a confidence in nation that - We can do it. Now at this age I am glad that I ses glimpse of it... We will do it to become a Vishwaguru.

This has been the most impactful podcast I have heard in your series of podcasts. Shaurya and his thoughts, ideas and convictions have brought such a lot of pride and self esteem in my person, it is difficult for me to even begin to explain. I am from the same era as you and Shaurya, and I always had this niggling thought at the back of my mind regarding our national mindset, why is it that we - as a society - have no pride in our own work, why don't we celebrate our own achievements and value our own civilization? Why do we always need "White" validation to applaud ourselves and consider ourselves worthy. Thank you Smita Prakash, for having this Conversation.

To be honest RSS sounds more sensible and forward looking than many other BJP people especially in the online space. For a large and diverse country like ours any attempt to impose an ideology will fail. The best way forward is through open exchange of ideas and fair play to all view points from hindu rashtra to communism and different shades of secularism in between.
Personally am an atheist, so i think secularism is very important and should be preserved.

Agreed. Secularism in its true meaning and form should prevail not what congress used to practice in the name of secularism. Many of the hindu extremism we see today is a direct result of such filthy politics.

I trust these 2 segments can hugely contribute to increase our GDP. We can see the work done from Mr.Gadkari, Mr.Piyush Goyal, Mr.Ashwini ... however the important ministry of Agri and Tourism should be successful to have a robust economy.

Modi was suggesting to move on because he had answered the stale question umpteen no. Of times. The gue insisting to answered once more, even after knowing that modi had stopped answering as a policy matter even the topic was subjudice after he had been questioned by CBI. recall the Adda meet of India Today while modi had been attending such conclaves. When He pointed to digvijay question not matching with topic on banner. And made a journalist cum congress rajya sabha MP look sheepish on mr. Modi questioning him about gandhi taking every body along with respect to Subhash Chandra Bose.
