Yes that is an improvement. It would have been nice to see exactly where you tapped it at. I may try something like that with mine.
I used a Multimeter one side was the positive battery terminal and the other was the solder pad on the little circuit board.I found it using the multimeter. Thank you for the comment....
I wondered if you would use a soldering iron"knife". The "Mike mods" look better for sure. What's Zoltars' prediction for 2024??
