@@tampacruisers nah, that's where it peaked. the petrol engines paired with these behemoths turn them into gas guzzling behemoths not worth daily driving, relegating them to hobby car status. the diesel variants are the better versions of the 80 series, lockers or no lockers.
@@tampacruisers except it's not, it's the same vehicle, an awesome one...with two different engine variants, one is superior, one is inferior and for the reason mentioned previously; one has more utility than the other, the diesel one that is. I bet the gas one is not your daily driver, assuming both of them aren't hobby cars to begin with and if they are then your point is moot as the cons aren't something u have to deal with regularly.

Apples to Oranges. To each their own. I own both options and still prefer the Gas / 4speed version. Just make sure to enjoy your unit!
