Can honestly see a reasonable argument for Timerra in Iron Man runs, those low % crits will screw you and she’s a fairly survivable/decent unit who makes good use of tank emblems
@@jamesneeson6785 This might be a case of how Timerra grew for me but I saw her more as a dodge rather than defense tank. Engaging with Ike just had her taking a little damage too much for me. She survives no doubt but I would rather have her in avo terrain to dodge rather than take 14 damage per enemy, it’s good she lives tho.
You know, I was liking all the attention Panette got, then that 3% happened. And believe me, I've been there. I will take Solace in the fact her death wasn't intentional.
Don't act like mind control isn't a Maeda thing, either. Kaga prefers his mind control in the form of creepy old wizards, Maeda prefers his mind control in the form of body-snatching.
"Enemies walk past Jean" How to avoid armor units 101 Fallen Tiki from Heroes is not because of mind control tho. It's her being alone in a nightmare in New/Mystery of the Emblem.
They did marni so dirty in this chapter it’s hilarious. The only weapon they gave her was… the hurricane axe, a magic dealing weapon that smashes…? Come on, she’s an armor knight and has like 2 magic, at the very least they could’ve given her a hand axe or something I gave these boots to seadall and then kept him paired with Sigurd for most of the game, which at *base* gave him up to 9 movement if I utilized canter right. I love this game
Agree on the Marni point, although I must admit it was pretty funny when Speedyhawk’s Ivy got 1 shotted by Marni exactly due to the hurricane axe having flier effectiveness during his maddening iron man
The devs were just so committed to giving all 4 Hounds access to magic (Zephia and Griss with tomes, Mauvier with the Fire Lance, and Marni with the LOL-Hurricane axe). I don't mind, it's easy exp fodder for my units. :P
I don’t know what to be upset. The fact they reused the bosses for this chapter or the fact that we are chapter 14 in and we have small amount of enemies who LITERALLY taken the Queen hostage. Great map btw :D
I was optimistic about the enemies in this game when we fought Waluigi, then a couple bandit rock monster looking dweebs. Then we fought the same guys like a dozen times again. At least Marnie has that Pokemon Rival energy, where they display a comical level of self confidence after their third time having their ass handed to them
Yeah my Anna got evaporated by a 38% hit 8% crit attack. At least my citrinne was alive on the bench. Also could have squeezed a FIRE EMBLEM THREE HOUSES in 1:33 somewhere. lol
On my Maddening playthrough, Louis died from getting hit by TWO 1% crits in a row, from enemies who had a 3% chance to hit him... Both attacks needed to hit and crit him to do exactly enough that he would die, but it seemed like the better choice than losing Diamant to two 100% hits that would kill him no questions asked. I'm terrible at probability, but i would love to know what the actual odds were for two attacks in a row at 3% hit and 1% crit, to hit and crit both times...
Yup this map is perfect for luring and sniping enemies near the boss with lyn's Astra storm. There's a lot of emblem energy conveniently close by and the bosses can be baited separately by this tactic with little trouble. It makes the room way easier to clear assuming the lyn user didn't die beforehand.
Dance of the Goddess is from the Blue Lions battalion that lets anyone dance up to four units one time per map. I guess IS figured that out of all the lords/ACs, Byleth was the only one that could dance with this method.
I mean, beating Maddening Easy mode with no time crystal is still somewhat impressive. More impressive than beating the game blind on Hard with no DLC anyways.
@@aprinnyonbreak1290 DLC is more Tiki breaking the game (growth snowballing) and the fact that they are extra maps which grant exp and can be played when you need it. doing them all before Ch 10/11 to feed Sigurd to more of you units is definitely an advantage in midgame.

enemy soldiers walking past a lone slow armored unit is one of the most hilarious and realistic things ive seen in a fire emblem game
The answer to a medium tank is to fight somewhere else.
The image of a 10 year old in full armor on the battlefield desperatly trying to catch up with the enemy is hilarious
We need a comic strip about this dituation, its to funny not to do.

The meat song, or the meat grinder.
