Great job bud. Subscribed because I appreciate creators that try to beat expensive movie equipment lol😂🤣✊🏼 I’ve been thinking about doing some of these shots but I only have the Crane3 Lab and that thing is heavy.... maybe I’ll get out and shoot some anyway lol. Thanks for sharing bud

You could probably build a jib that takes the load off with that stabilizer. Question: did you shoot this a little wide and add more stabilization in post? Looks solid for how hard it looked to achieve.

It will take a 3kg load so yes, easily. Maybe don’t fully extend each section though as that’s the weak spots. I wouldn’t trust my RSC2 and full SLR rig on in but my osmo...totally.

I'm about to try this myself, and while I'm happy to risk my camera gear on a single 1/4-20 thread, I don't think I'd risk hovering a DSLR and gimbal rig 10ft directly above someone's face 😂

Hey Jeremy! For your first shot, was your gimbal in locked mode? :) also, do you need any sort of special connector to connect the gimbal to the monopod? We were afraid that it might not hold due to the weight.
