      XV) 57-60 (I-I5)
Here's what former U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry O'Neill thinks about Ukraine after the Maidan: "Ministers from other countries dominate Ukrainians. The President and the Prime Minister hired United States officials to run the state apparatus. This is not the first time that the outskirts of Russia have been used by America for subversive activities. And you, Ukrainians, have become a means to achieve their next goal. You are at the tail end of a long queue of those who want to integrate into the EU in order to endlessly fulfill the requirements that make this integration impossible. Our European governments use the EU as an excuse for unpopular measures. Nation-states are subject to the decisions of the EU administration, so the United States can influence the whole of Europe more effectively and more easily than it can influence sovereign states. You will have to return the money spent and stolen by the new government for the rest of your life. And now the IMF is coming and pushing Ukraine to get one loan after another, forcing it to take draconian anti-social measures that will simply strangle people. Industry, land and raw materials are sold or transferred to American investors so that you Ukrainians no longer own anything in your country. Your precious fertile fields, chernozems, agriculture - everything has already been sold, and you have nothing else. Now your presidents are puppets of the United States, who do not care about your country's economy, they are not interested in ending the war. Your new president has decided to make the inhabitants of these territories poor and homeless in order to turn the east of Ukraine into a springboard for the war against Russia." No matter what they tell you, the east of Ukraine has always wanted to become part of the Russian Federation, its political views do not coincide with the western part of the state. The autonomous Donbass, which separated due to political views and the need for partnership with Russia, waited for eight years for Ukraine to stop shelling its lands and change its course to peaceful coexistence, but the opposite happened. Only a corrupt government can sever its relations with the Russian Empire, which supplies cheap gas and oil. Having lived for the last ten years on the demarcation line between the controlled and uncontrolled territories of Ukraine, I hoped that the Ukrainian side would allow the Autonomous Republic of Crimea to join the Russian Federation and stop any shelling towards the two newly formed republics (DPR and LPR), this was the only way to achieve peace, but Westerners wanted war and the return of all their lands Back. Unlike the population of the east, they do not care how much destruction and grief the war taking place in the eastern regions of the country will bring. A few weeks after the forced start of a special military operation, on March 29, 2022, Boris Johnson arrived in Ukraine and forbade Zelensky to agree to sign peace agreements between the Russian and Ukrainian contact groups on favorable terms for Ukraine. Therefore, now Ukraine continues to lose its territories, hundreds of thousands died in the war, millions were left homeless, entire cities are turning into ruins. The east of Ukraine, directly affected by the war, continues to hope that the Ukrainian government will soon agree to peace talks, repeatedly proposed by the Kremlin. If Ukraine does not agree to negotiations with the Russian Federation with the cession of part of the territories until it finally weakens, then Russia will no longer negotiate until it regains a significant part of the territories of the Ukrainian state. If the Kremlin implements all its goals, then all Russian-speaking Ukrainian cities that do not want to integrate into the EU will come under the patronage of the Russian Federation. Therefore, the American leadership is forcing Ukraine to mobilize as many people as possible for the war. For each person sent to war, the staff of the military enlistment office, in addition to bonuses and salaries, receive from $ 1,000 to $ 15,000 per group. For half of the population, $1,000 is their six-month earnings. Men are bombarded with summonses to the military enlistment office, forcibly handed summonses on the street. The medical commission at the military enlistment office is trying to recognize everyone fit for duty, men are caught on the streets and roads to be forcibly taken to military enlistment offices, where they are issued for military service or forced to sign a consent to voluntary service in the army, for example, in assault detachments. At best, they will check their military documents and may issue a fine for late updating of military registration data, which should be carried out regularly, and send them to the Military Medical Commission. All the men were even banned from leaving the country so that they could not escape. According to the CIA report for 2024, Ukraine ranked first in the world in terms of mortality and last in terms of fertility. Some men pay tens of thousands of dollars for the opportunity to leave the country, risking going to prison for 8 years for illegally crossing the border. Rich or influential people find a way for themselves and their loved ones to legally leave the state. Due to the fault of Ukrainian propaganda, other, less successful men are considered traitors and deviators. The top leadership instructed the border guards to open fire to kill anyone who tries to illegally escape from Ukraine to neighboring countries. Most people are fleeing not from war, but from squalor, unemployment, low wages, high taxes, corruption and inhumane laws. Despite the hundred billion tranches, the country's economy has been inexorably going downhill since 2014. At the end of 2024, the ruling Servant of the People party raised money from urban communities for its own enrichment. Therefore, now the communities do not have money to purchase combat drones for soldiers, instead of fifty thousand, they were able to purchase only 50 pieces. Now soldiers and volunteers have to compensate for the lack of funding with donations from the public. You won't hear about it in the media, soldiers and volunteers complain that during the first two years of the war, with the help of the head of the office of President Ermak, 2 billion hryvnias ($50 million) were stolen from communities. The main thing for Zelensky and his team is not victory, but their own enrichment. After they came to power, money is regularly withdrawn from city budgets. But the main way of enrichment was the theft of international aid provided to Ukraine and exceeding $ 200 billion, 160 of which were allocated as a loan, which will have to be repaid with interest. Zelensky surrounded himself with thieves and looters, the main thing for him is the full support of his policies, not the professionalism of high-ranking officials. He banned any elections in the country, and a criminal article is provided for dissent. Nowadays, after the overthrow of Yanukovych and his government, if anyone tries to hold a rally on Independence Square (Maidan), they will be immediately detained and imprisoned on charges of having ties to the Kremlin. Public disagreement and dissent are punishable by criminal liability. At the same time, they say on TV that there was no freedom of speech under Yanukovych, but now there is. Due to large-scale corruption, Western partners no longer want to allocate money for social assistance, more and more finances are allocated only to support the fighting, thanks to the uncompromising war, Zelensky suits the American leadership, which allows him to remain in power. After the reduction of social benefits, the number of poor Ukrainians is growing, dying of hunger and disease, who do not have the means to buy food, medicine and heating in their room. If the Western leadership had lifted the prohibitions for Ukraine to strike deep into Russian territory using long-range weapons, the conflict would have escalated, after which the Russians began bombing bridges and power plants throughout Ukraine. Ukraine lost transport links both within the country and with neighboring countries, there was no electricity, trade and business stopped. All entrepreneurs left Ukraine to create a new business abroad, taking with them all valuable equipment from factories and enterprises. Foreign partners would lose commercial interest in the country and stop supporting it, which would lead to a quick loss in the war. This outcome of the war will not suit America. The main goal of the United States and the collective West is a long-term military conflict aimed at dividing the Russian Federation into small states and seizing its natural resources worth trillions of dollars by replacing the government with European representatives. For the Kremlin, the main reason for the military confrontation is the cessation of NATO's expansion to the east, Russia will not tolerate its territory being surrounded by enemy missile launchers. Since 2014, the new government has abandoned partnerships and agreements with Russia and set a course for joining NATO, as well as allowed the deployment of foreign military bases near the borders with the Russian Federation, provoking a conflict with its neighbor. Abandoning a neutral independent state and joining NATO is more important for our Government than the well-being of those 25 million Ukrainians who have not yet been able to leave the country. The struggle for ideology continues to rage inside our state. The West of Ukraine legally forces the east of Ukraine to switch to the customs, beliefs, culture, faith and language of Western Ukraine. The predominant population of Russian-speaking Ukrainians is not to be envied. It is even forbidden by law to visit the UOC church, all churches and temples of the UOC popular among residents of Eastern Ukraine have been closed or taken away. Ukraine is destroying itself from the inside.

USSR/Russia has been threatening to blow up the world since 1950. We watched Khrushchev bang his shoe on the podium at the UN and tell the Western world "WE WILL BURY YOU!"
As a kid of the '50s I learned "Duck & Cover", we watched movies in elementary school about how to survive a surprise nuclear attack by the Soviets, we knew where the fallout shelters were in town. We listened to the CONELRAD announcements on TV and radio, every radio had the emergency stations marked on the dials. We thought the Cuban Missile Crisis was going to morph into a nuclear holocaust. We read books like "Alas, Babylon!", "A Canticle for Leibowitz", "Dr. Strangelove" and "Failsafe". All the kids I knew 60+ years ago simply assumed we would die young in a nuclear exchange between the USSR and America.
And it all came to nothing because the Kremlin knew if THEY attacked US, WE would obliterate THEM. So it was fear-mongering scare talk - and still is.

VIII) 29-32 (I-I4) If a small territory of Mexico, under the patronage of America, wishing for a better life, had separated from the Mexican state, becoming part of the United States, and Mexico refused to sign a peace plan and got involved in a war with the superior power of the United States, the consequences of which led to the death of hundreds of thousands of people, the loss of even more territories twice, the economic crisis and the exorbitantly high price of fuel and energy resources, did you then consider the policy of the Mexican state to be correct? If the Ukrainian side agrees to negotiations only on the eve of a major collapse of the front, then the Russian side, remembering past violations of agreements, will no longer make concessions, and this will be a real disaster for the Ukrainian state. Due to the refusal to take a negotiating position, Ukrainian soldiers are dying by the hundreds of thousands, but no one has been criminally punished for embezzling $ 500 million in the creation of fortifications for soldiers, many fortifications have never been built. Our state refuses to adopt a law on the demobilization of military personnel who have been at the front for more than three years. 565,000 men have been released from mobilization, the remaining 11 million men of military age 18-60 years can be mobilized, if necessary, by military enlistment offices in the coming years. A guy from the territorial defense complained to tik tok that his squad was ordered to deliver 20 people a day to the military enlistment office, otherwise people from his squad would have been sent to the front. Entrepreneurs organize dating services with marriage with women with disabilities of groups 2 and 1 in order to get a reprieve from mobilization and the opportunity to cross the border, the cost of such a service ranges from $ 3,000 to $ 7,000. Due to budget holes, most war invalids are not given the opportunity to register a disability and are left in service "outside the military staff" with a salary of 500 hryvnia ($ 13) at the time of 2024. The State does not have the means to pay monetary compensation to the families of the fallen soldiers. The meager profits of the state are given to pay debts to creditors, otherwise the country is in danger of default. Meanwhile, customs is thriving, receiving cash kickbacks for importing goods to Ukraine without VAT, the profit from the tax for the country could then amount to $ 2.5 billion per year. Due to the inefficient work of the Economic Security Bureau, the state loses several billion dollars a year. These are VAT schemes, counterfeit products and the gray market of excisable goods. The long-term leader among the largest tax minimization schemes in Ukraine is gray imports and smuggling, experts estimate budget losses from these schemes at $ 3 billion per year. In second place are salaries "in envelopes", because of them the state loses $ 2 billion a year. Counterfeiting and trade in excisable products without paying taxes cause damage to the state budget by a billion dollars a year. Losses from offshore schemes amount to half a billion dollars a year. Other schemes have declined in recent years, but also result in budget losses of hundreds of millions of dollars. These schemes are possible in such volumes due to the inefficient work of the Customs and Tax Services, these two services are among the top 5 most corrupt authorities in the country (Courts, tax, customs, local authorities and the SBU) according to international companies operating in Ukraine. Shady casinos hidden by the ruling elite, with a turnover of about $4 billion per year (including online casinos), deprive the state of profits from taxes and licenses. Under Zelensky, corruption has reached unprecedented heights. According to the results of a sociological study by Gradus Research, 53% of the Ukrainian population lives on a salary of less than $ 245, while many officials receive salaries of more than $ 10,000. For 30 years of independence, free medicine has been transferred to self-sufficiency, with a salary of $ 245, how much money could you raise for treatment so that you have enough funds to maintain your health in good shape? In Russia, emigrants from Ukraine have the right to remain in the country without obtaining a Russian passport until the end of 2024, and if desired, after obtaining citizenship, keep the passport of Ukraine for themselves. Every year, the period of stay of Ukrainians in the country is extended so that those who do not want to participate in the war can wait for its end and choose where to continue their lives. But Ukraine, on the contrary, treats residents of neighboring territories as enemies and traitors. Men who have gone abroad also have a hard time. Men in Europe who have expired passports will lose the opportunity to travel and work. After the expiration of official documents allowing them to legalize work and stay abroad, they can be deported from the country in which they are located. But if you leave for Ukraine to resume consular services, which will require updating your data and military registration, then you will not be released from the country. Relatives of Western Ukrainians work in customs, in addition, many have connections related to smuggling, so it is much easier for men from western Ukraine to cross the border. When the war began, first of all, women left Ukraine, wealthy men with connections or the ability to pay for a "safe" move, now for the most part they have many privileges and cash payments while living in Europe, and to poor refugees left without apartments, they rent out their empty apartments at an inflated price while there is demand for it. Integration into the European Union was proposed with a number of unfavorable conditions for the Ukrainian state (a sharp increase in energy prices for the population, an increase in the retirement age) and did not guarantee entry into it even decades later. The east of Ukraine did not want to join the European Union, because the economy of the eastern regions depended on trade with the Russian Federation, production contracts for the supply of food, building materials, light and heavy industry. In the case of integration with Europe, Russia was not going to continue to supply Ukraine with gas at a significant discount and wanted to abandon some contracts. But the Maidan came and changed everything, now poverty reigns in the east (low wages and unemployment). Europe still does not accept us into the European Union, but only promises to consider us as a candidate for membership after 2030. Trade with Russia no longer exists, and expensive electricity and gas make our products uncompetitive on the world market. According to The Washington Post, in August 2024, Ukraine and Russia agreed to send their representatives to Qatar to participate in secret negotiations to end the armed conflict and conclude a mutual agreement on non-aggression against each other's energy infrastructure, but this plan was thwarted by an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Kursk region. By disrupting the negotiations, Ukraine is calling on the collective West to increase aid and continues to try to build up its military arsenal, but no matter how much damage Ukraine has inflicted on them with missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles, Russia is causing it at least three times more damage. One and a half billion dollars allocated for the air defense of power plants were mostly squandered by officials, after which the Russians successfully bombed the stations, as a result, electricity tariffs are growing faster than mushrooms, and in large cities electricity is supplied for only a few hours a day. People can't use the elevator. Without electricity, water supply often stops, in summer it is impossible to turn on the air conditioner (although many people cannot afford it financially), in winter people will not be able to turn on heaters to keep warm, and there will also be practically no centralized heating. Considering gas prices, hot tap water in Ukraine has now become a rarity, in most cities over the past decade, only cold water has been supplied from the tap. The Russians do not touch the three nuclear power plants operating in Ukraine (unlike the Ukrainians, who are trying to disable the uncontrolled Zaporizhia NPP by shelling), they successfully continue to export cheap electricity to Europe through the surviving distribution networks, substations and power lines. People who have left destroyed cities with disrupted communications or who have had their electricity and gas cut off due to non-payment are still charged a special fee for the transportation of gas and electricity. Whatever the outcome of the war, the main losers will be the people who lived in the war zone at that time. The inflation rate in wartime is off the scale, people are starving. At the same time, the government of Ukraine has frozen the minimum wage (at the level of 8000 hryvnia) and the living wage (3028 hryvnia) for three years (1000 hryvnia is equal to 24 dollars). At the beginning of the war, the Ukrainian authorities argued that if we accept Russia's peace plan, it will continue to fight anyway. At the final stage of the war, when the losing Ukraine will have to cede part of the territories for the sake of peace, Ukrainian President Zelensky will speak and say that it was thanks to his efforts that Ukraine won, having managed to stop Russia at the cost of lost territories. But if it hadn't been for him, this war wouldn't have started at all, it was enough to cede Crimea, abandon NATO and stop shelling uncontrolled territories. People from eastern Ukraine are dissatisfied not with the fact that their land is now under Russian control, but with the fact that fighting has been going on on their land for many years in a row, and their cities, houses and property are being destroyed or lost forever.

      III) 9-12 (I-I4)
30 criminal cases have been identified and initiated related to the embezzlement of funds allocated for the implementation of defensive fortifications in the amount of half a billion dollars. Therefore, they are so unreliable that soldiers abandon them, preferring to dig trenches for themselves on their own. For example, dragon's teeth were everywhere unloaded into landfills so as not to spend money on their installation, and fortifications instead of concrete, bricks and rebar were often erected in a shallow trench of ordinary planks that were pierced by a bullet. There is no money for the soldier's equipment, and he himself must spend about 100,000 hryvnia on it with a salary of 20,000 hryvnia in the rear. Half of the recruits do not have the funds to buy uniforms, despite this, many are sent to the front line in the early days, bypassing the laws, without a preliminary training course. Those who refuse to fight are tortured, can be shot, or at best imprisoned. It costs about $10,000 to create a fictitious document to leave the country. People illegally crossing the border of Ukraine are being caught. The border guards open aimed fire. Illegal border crossing is punishable by 8 years in prison. The state has renounced the rights of its citizens living in Ukraine to renounce Ukrainian citizenship. The border of Ukraine is replenished with the corpses of victims who decided to flee the country. People drown, freeze, get lost in forests and mountains, or die from bullets. Over the past 2023, more than half a million men have already been mobilized for the war. Russia uses artillery 5-10 times more often and continues to increase production, so that Ukrainians die no less than Russians, about whom official statistics at the end of 2024 assure of huge losses, at least 650,000 people. Accordingly, there are always more war invalids than dead. There are very cruel people living in Western Ukraine who want to commit genocide in the east of Ukraine, who have indirectly gained a foothold in power, the Radical "right sector" who hates everything Russian. Ukraine needs peace, not the return of all its territories. The escalation of the conflict and unwillingness to compromise can lead to the use of nuclear weapons and carpet bombing of Ukraine, when civilian casualties will be no less than people dying in the war. It will be the same as what Israel did to Palestine. In 2014, after the referendum, Ukraine began hostilities and returned part of the territories under its control, my city also came under the control of Ukraine, but Ukraine could not take control of the neighboring city. Having lived on the demarcation line for 8 years, I became convinced that there is a lot of shelling from our side in the direction of the neighboring city. I lived in a multi-storey building on the outskirts of the city, next to the fields, and I heard how from our side, periodically, for several weeks in a row, shelling of uncontrolled territory took place, several times an hour from various types of artillery. Regardless of whether they fired at Ukrainian positions in response or not. People who lived a little further away could only hear loud retaliatory blows. For eight years, Russia has been trying to try Ukraine on with Donbass, leaving Donbass to Ukraine in a special status, but Ukraine wanted full power over Donbass. The Ukrainian government is engaged in multiple undeserved contract killings, including of Ukrainian Russian-speaking politicians who want to live in peace with Russia (for example, deputies of the Verkhovna Rada Ilya Kiva or Alexey Kovalev and his wife), with impunity and legally. At the same time, foreign journalists do not expose them as tyrants, and our Ukrainian television encourages such actions everywhere. Ukrainians who voluntarily moved to live in Russia are entered into the Ukrainian database "peacemaker", the Ukrainian authorities have the right to use cruel measures against such people, up to the elimination of a person, which the special services are successfully engaged in. Every year, Ukraine commits dozens of terrorist attacks and murders in Russia, in uncontrolled territories, for which it takes responsibility. Now monetary fines are accrued for each failure to appear at the military enlistment office, untimely updating of their data at the military enlistment office, failure to notify about a change of residence, incorrect residential address, failure to receive a summons to the military enlistment office after its preparation. The amount of each fine is at least 4 minimum wages. Refusal to undergo a military medical commission, refusal of military service - prison. People try to come to military enlistment offices or medical commissions together with lawyers, because many sick people who do not want to serve are registered as healthy volunteers and sent to fight against their will. Even eighteen-year-olds are taken to war to help soldiers. The draft age has been lowered to 25 years. Persons who have completed initial military training since the age of 18 become liable for military service, after which they can be called up to the front, despite their young age. When the war was just beginning, my apartment and the city were intact, and the Ukrainian army did not turn cities into fortresses, did not send a gunner and a sniper to the roof of a high-rise building and did not put armored vehicles and rocket launchers behind an apartment building. The soldiers did not hold the defense of the city until there was not a single surviving multi-storey building in it. In those days, on March 29, 2022, the Ukrainian contact group could adopt Russia's peace plan in the Turkish city of Istanbul. If Ukraine had abandoned NATO, the Crimean Peninsula and the uncontrolled part of Donbass, returned the status of the Russian language, then the war would have ended. At the request of the West, the Russians even withdrew troops from Kiev as a gesture of goodwill. Both sides signed the necessary documents, the Ukrainian side agreed to ban Nazi propaganda in Ukraine coming from far-right communities that discriminates against the Russian-speaking population, in addition, has a dangerous tendency of further growth and popularization, the President of Ukraine had only to sign a peace treaty. But Boris Johnson came to Ukraine and convinced President Zelensky not to sign anything, but to continue the war with the support of allied countries, this fact was officially confirmed on the main TV channel by a man from the ruling Arahamiya party. He also recalled the policy of waging war until the former territorial borders of '91 are returned. But if Ukraine had agreed to end the war then, it would no longer have lost its lands and would not have worried about losing sovereignty. You should understand that the purpose of owning Ukrainian lands is not important for the Russian ruling elite, it is estimated that in Russia, on average, from three hundred thousand to a billion dollars a day is spent on war. The main goal of the conflict is the struggle for global global hegemony, geopolitics and freedom of action, so that in the future Ukraine and Europe take into account Russia's interests, and the country has security from the Black Sea, which will be ensured by the possession of the Crimean Peninsula. Now it will be impossible to create NATO bases on an island neighboring Russia and dictate to the Russians their terms of behavior on the world stage, having a counterweight to the nuclear arsenal. Russia does not need military bases near its borders capable of destroying missiles with nuclear warheads. In an interview, Zelensky said that the population of Ukraine is more than 50 million people. According to the IMF, as of the end of 2023, the population of Ukraine is 32 million people, and the number of police officers, excluding the formation of military police, per 100,000 population will be 780 people. But in fact, everyone is fleeing the country. The Institute of Demography of Ukraine has estimated that in 2025 the population will halve over the past 30 years and will amount to less than 25 out of 50 million people. In particular, Ukraine has always had a record low birth rate. This means that the number of police officers per capita will increase to suppress riots, pogroms, protests and identify evaders. Ukraine has turned into a police state for total control over the population. We are in a student dormitory, a room with an area of 17 square meters was provided to us for free, however, we have to pay 9,000 hryvnia per month for utilities during the semi-annual heating season 2023-2024 for a family of three people. Students pay a fixed fee of 1,500 hryvnia per person all year round. Let me remind you that the minimum wage is only 4,970 hryvnia ($130), including taxes. We live in unsanitary conditions: bedbugs, cockroaches, fungus on the walls, a clogged toilet, cracked window panes sealed with duct tape, damp walls with water on the windowsill in the cold season and a 1980 refrigerator. If I get a job legally, there is a high probability that I will be mobilized for the war. You cannot get a job without visiting the military enlistment office. To avoid fines, the employer is obliged to monitor the registration of employees on military registration. Even the disabled of the third group are taken away to fight. If my family doesn't pay for the dorm room on time, we'll be thrown out on the street. The state has closed all social programs that could help us. People living in their apartment can save and pay much less, in addition, the state provides them with cash subsidies. It is much worse for homeless displaced refugees from broken cities, living in a crowd in one cramped shelter room. There are not enough places in the hostel for everyone, and not everyone can afford it financially. Help, my elderly family with a reclining mother is running out of money.

Yes, when it suits them, but they are really, and an enemy of China. South Africa =lol really? Russia only has oil and gas, which in ten years will be very hard to sell to anyone at a price worth pumping. Putin has squandered russias wealth, and time is not on their side. Hence, why any Russians with money get out asap. China is also hugely dependent on the West, buying their cheaply produced goods. They need this to keep happening so won't do much to upset this very simple fact.
