    Hello guys, I am making this a regular series in my channel and we will be calling it Ticket Thursday since many people have enjoyed watching this.

    Thanks for sharing this kind of video about ticketing system, Sad to say but I've never been used any kind of ticketing system in my 8years of service as Technical Support.

    Hi there. I see this was a year ago. Are you still doing this type of IT function? Im training to become a network engineer...do have anything related to this? I love your vids. Much thankx

      Hello! Yes I still do user support but my role is all around IT so I also do a lot of tech projects as well. For Network engineer, I think it would still be a similar approach with ticketing system but the issues will be more network related like switch and router issues for example

      Thank you! Most of the permissions are account permissions from different systems we use so that also varies in different companies as well.
