  • A lot has happened with the water department this year alone. There wasn’t much action when we first started pushing for change in 2022, so we wanted to check in on our neighbor who started raising red flags about his bills years ago.

The city SHOULD give his money back😠😠
No way a single person will use $3000 in month for water bill. No!!
And the city also needs to put kind and hard working people to help clients to REALLY solve problems.
Do not just hire lazy workers who dont have the patience to dig into clients' problems and find the right solution!
So the solution the found was to put him in a payment plan? Really?
    How convinience!!.
Hopefully under Mr Whitmire's things get straight up.
    Thank you Cannel 2!

Someone needs to investigate the water dept., they are doing this to soooooo many people…..this is ridiculous, you can’t go to another water company, you can’t stop using water…..the mayors office needs to get involved
