    Looked up your channel to check in on you. Sorry to hear you’re still experiencing the rocking. I had the same condition, though it resolved more quickly. I still experience it pretty regularly, but it’s much decreased and I can go days at a time without really feeling it.
    Your nervous system will naturally heal. You may want to look at the work of Dr Sarno and TMS (mind-body syndrome). I’m not saying it’s all in your head - I experience it too and it was very distressing when it first happened to me.

    Im going through the same feelings right now. The rocking and pushing feelings, i feel unsteady standing and sitting still and my legs, back, and neck feel so stiff. Ive dealt with this on and off for 5 years. It has gone away a few times but came back recently. It all started after my first panic attack. I’ve been to every doctor under the sun, all tests come back with normal results. Conclusion I’ve been told by all these doctors is that it’s due to anxiety and stress and the muscle tension its created. It’s a vicious cycle because the “dizziness” makes me more anxious which makes the “dizziness” worse.. my psychiatrist also wants me to try Pristiq. I know that living with this drains the joy out of life but we just gotta keep pushing forward.

      Hi Xmy, I know how mdds feels - it sucks.
      I have 3 questions:
      1) How do you experience your panic attacks?
      2) Do you exercise anything in your life?
      3) Are you exposing yourself to a lot of passive motions in your daily life?

    • @kyodizzy
      @kyodizzy  6 месяцев назад

      When was the first time you went into remission during that 5 year? That's nice to at least you're capable of having stillness back... I think when doctors don't have any more answers, they just always conclude to anxiety. I agree that it is like chasing after your own tail with the dizziness/anxiety combo... I've adapted to this rocking discomfort and trying to live normal, no longer have panic attacks, but this rocking won't go away... People keep telling me "don't think about it". I don't... First of all, that's easier said than done, but I am trying to live as normal as possible and be happy... The rocking is still there.

    I can relate! My symptoms started last year In July. I had woke up with a bad migraine and then I got dizzy and then it went away and days later it started back and never stopped. I don’t feel the rocking and swaying when I am actually moving around it only happens when I am sitting or lying down. It’s all in my head though it feels like you’re rocking on a boat (as you stated) and sometimes I feel like I am on a Ferris Wheel. I do have vertigo but the head bopping is insane. I have good and bad days where I barely feel it. But sometimes I feel mine is stress related or bad posture because I slept on a couch for almost a year and my right side of my neck has been tight and my left ear the hearing is clogged but nothing in there according to doctors. I been this way since July last year. This is month 10 with this issue and I hate it. I want to give up on myself sometimes because I’ve went to every doctor I could go to and nothing has helped. I was told try going to the chiropractor or therapy but I haven’t went because I don’t want to be disappointed with no good results. I tell people they’re lucky to not feel this because folks think because I move around I am okay. No! I struggle sleeping at night but once I fall asleep I feel fine. Occasionally I have headaches and it makes the movement in my head worst. But to others I say get a water bottle and let it be half way filled and rock it back and forth and just lightly hold it at the top while it is standing up but leaning forward some and that is the feeling that is going on in my head. My friend I hope you get better soon and everyone else on here including myself. This to shall past.

      I remember there was a time in the early stages, like you, the rocking was horrible when laying down/sleeping, but didn't feel as much moving/standing... That was still awful, but better situation than now...
      I don't know what happened, but one morning it all changed where the gravitational force sensation ended up taking over even when I wasn't laying down...
      I was about to give up then and do something reallystupid, but I am glad I did not do it.
      I've adapted to this discomfort... It still honestly sucks, but I am living than just existing like before... Distraction really is the only way to live with this... People who don't have this and doctors will never understand this feeling. I don't really bother explaining this to new people I meet in real life because they won't understand and just think it's weird... So this is the only place I can really share my feelings and progress.

    • @SummerK799
      @SummerK799 6 месяцев назад

      @@kyodizzy I can totally relate to not explaining anything to new individuals and doctors really don’t understand what causes this..I am glad you chose life over doing something else. All you can do now is just keep taking it one day at a time and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise or make you feel like you’re crazy because people are so judgmental. Who cares though! You’re still alive regardless what the issues you’re going thru..I can agree that trying to keep your mind occupied kind of helps take the edge off everything you’re feeling. I just hate it only happens when I am sitting or lying down but honestly I went on a vacation this past spring break and not once did I feel any of the rocking and swaying in my head so I am not sure if it’s stress, depression or my environment. I hope one day this all goes away. Thank you for responding I enjoy knowing more about how you are overall so I will be tuned into your videos. Thank you again for sharing!

      @@kyodizzyIt is going to go away, or at least greatly reduce, eventually. I got to a point where I stopped looking for a medical solution. I think it’s a subtle interplay between neurological issues, neck issues (say, if you use your phone or PC a lot), and anxiety issues. You could also callit “anxiety vertigo” or “panic attack vertigo” (even if you don’t have panic attacks any longer). Going to an ENT is not going to fix it. Going to a chiropractor may help for a little bit will not fix it. Acupuncture won’t fix it. Depression meds may make it better but are probably not a great long-term solution.
      The only thing that will fix it, in my opinion, is accepting it, trying not to worry too much about it, and just trying to live your life as best as possible. Possibly also do some therapy to talk out some family issues (in another video you mentioned family trouble, like with your sister). Though I didn’t personally do much therapy, so maybe not necessary. I speak as someone who experienced severe boat-like dizziness a few years back, and still experience it sometimes (it was not a result of a plane or boat ride). It doesn’t impact my life much anymore.
      This is a shitty couple of years but it’s going to resolve. I do recommend talking to The Dizzy Coach on RUclips, which someone else linked.

Everyone is different though so I would recommend you also explore this option. No other meds have helped, including benzos, they actually made me worse.

Dr Joe dispenza bases his methods of building new neurological connections. The brain can adapt and change, build new connections but we must beat the subconscious autonomic systems that are keeping our awareness focused. In the meantime you could look into it.
