Since SILENT HILL 4 cannot extract bones and animations. Therefore, extract only the character from the screen captured by 3D Ripper DX, unify the normals of the model with 3ds Max, export it with FBX (2010), and import it into MED. Convert the model to 3DS with MED, connect the frames and save with MDL7. Now you can see the animation in MED's Engine Preview.;)
