This video has been made at the request of the community. The Last of Us Remastered has quite interesting graphic modes on PS4 Pro, letting us choose various resolutions and other improvements such as shadows depending on the options we select. It would have been interesting if on PS5 we could choose a 2160p / 60fps mode with high shadows, but unfortunately we have to settle for the same options as on PS4 Pro and ultimately the same version in all respects as its predecessor. They may add this option in the future. For now we will have to settle for playing at 30fps if we want 2160p. Este video ha sido realizado a petición de la comunidad. The Last of Us Remastered tiene modos gráficos bastante interesantes en PS4 Pro, dejándonos elegir varias resoluciones y otras mejoras como las sombras en función de las opciones que seleccionemos. Hubiera sido interesante que en PS5 pudiéramos elegir un modo 2160p/60fps con sombras en alto, pero por desgracia tenemos que conformarnos con las mismas opciones que en PS4 Pro y, en definitiva, la misma versión en todos los aspectos que su predecesora. I am still surprised at how they managed to run such a beautiful game on as limited hardware as the PS3. I feel that this is one of those games that tapped the full potential of the console.

Imagine a Remake of TLOU1 with the TLOU2 engine, gameplay, AI and more detailed levels and some different (more realistic) scenarios. That would be a perfect game...

I've played through TLOU so many times now and I still can't believe how good it looks on the PS3. What an incredible achievement given the hardware limitations.
Yes absolute masterpiece all round visuals and story. Only criticism forgotten how bad the loading times were 2 mins compared to 14 seconds on PS4 & 7 on PS5 is quite a leap!

@Carl T it's a huge upgrade. Look at Valhalla on ps5 and then the pro. Or the Spider-Man games. Native 4k and an increase to 60fps counts as a huge upgrade in my books.
@Carl T what are you smoking, ps4 pro to ps5 is a MASSIVE upgrade.the ps5 has a gpu equivalent to a 2070 super which is a high end graphics card. The ps5 is miles ahead of the ps4 pro
I first played on PS4 and now I'm playing on PS5, the biggest difference I noticed is locking it in at 60FPS is a HUGE difference. Also the water textures and movement look SOOO much more crisp.
Can't believe how far gaming has come, to think that were now able to get full 4k resolution console games to load in sub 10 seconds is mind blowing, coming from the early 90s until now and watching the progression has also been amazing!

The remaster is always locked to 60 FPS and is native 4k on ps4 pro/ps5. Other than that I’m sure there are some higher quality textures and better affects in the game
04:30 It is not 4K60 as shown in the video for PS4 Pro, it is 1800p (3K) with 60fps variable. And from what we've seen, it's like that on PS5, for now.

I don't think it would be possible, 4k 120 fps is imposible for these consoles, just think that running games at 4k 90 fps means that you need a pc of 1500 usd or more
El modo 4k en PS4 Pro corre a 30fps, yo mismo lo he jugado así, eso que has puesto ahí es el modo resolución con FPS abierto y para ello usa resolución dinámica, para que vaya a 4k tienes que bloquear los fps.
La verdad en PS3 se sigue viendo bellísimo me lo pase como 20 veces me fascina ese juego los gráfico para ser de la generación de PS3 se ven demasiado increíbles
Lo malo de la PS3 es que tenia bajas de FPS bastante notorios, en algunas partes del juego bajaba incluso hasta los 15 FPS, en el cambio la PS4 solo llega a bajar 1 FPS como maximo

My question is now for the PS5 version : Is the 1800p a SOLID 60 FPS ?? Or do I have to use " super sampling " and watch it on 1080p to enjoy a solid 60 FPS experience ?? I don’t remember that the PS3 had such bad loading times. That must’ve been a bad hard drive for sure. Loading times can be massively decreased by using an SSD

For the framerate test, you should've done the comparison using either some combat or the opening segment. The PS4 Pro version can drop frames during heavy segments when using the 60fps mode, but it's not something that's likely to happen during a section where you're just walking around

Several months ago when I came back to play the last of us before playing part 2. I was blown away by how fast the load times were after the game updated.

Depende de la zona donde lo cargues generalmente antes de la pelea con robert o al inicio del juego con sarah mientras la llevas en brazo carga muy rapido pero en la universidad, al comienzo otoño o junstmanete donde lo cargo se demora mucho en ps3 xd

I have a feeling that he ran the Pro version with the native 4K/30fps mode and with the superior shadows option checked, whereas with the PS5 it looks like he went with the 1800/60fps mode and with the inferior shadows.

Es un juego de PS3, que si, es el techo grafico de esa gen, pero es un juego que no hace uso de tecnologías de PS4 y mucho menos de PS5.

For the framerate test, you should've done the comparison using either some combat or the opening segment. The PS4 Pro version can drop frames during heavy segments when using the 60fps mode, but it's not something that's likely to happen during a section where you're just walking around
2:00 wrong, ps3 version loading about ~ 20 seconds. Recently played!
took me abot 1:40 mins to load this.

@@ezekiel8980 i dont think that my ps3 is broken. I did the test and it was about the same as he, try it yourself because unless you chmaged the ps3 hard drive i find it hard to belief that it only took 20s

You know your getting old when it only takes 7 seconds to load a game like the last of us.
2 minutes and 11 seconds is a long time to load a game up.
Several months ago when I came back to play the last of us before playing part 2. I was blown away by how fast the load times were after the game updated.

PS4 games don’t just get remade and get upgraded graphics when played on the ps5. They either have to be remastered or just a ps5 made game.

Depende de la zona donde lo cargues generalmente antes de la pelea con robert o al inicio del juego con sarah mientras la llevas en brazo carga muy rapido pero en la universidad, al comienzo otoño o junstmanete donde lo cargo se demora mucho en ps3 xd
