What beautiful workmanship you two produce. When you consider how skilled tradesmen seem to have disappeared in UK, you lads are a breath of fresh air with your old school skills. Ignore any tossers with negative comments. Tell them next time your passing the channel, please do. In my book, you two are first rate and do great work. Thank you.
@@yosserc This must depend where you live. In my experience, the South East of England are shark infested waters for anyone looking for a reliable, skilled and experienced tradesman.
Never understand why anyone would say Alex does nothing. I never see the lad not working hard and for someone younger in years he is well skilled. Must have had a good teacher eh Steve 😆
Hi,Steve and Alex. I can't believe you're having to defend your son ,He's I lovely young man who is working and learning his trade. Look how far he has come over the last Year , You shouldn't have to defend him. Your both hard working...Keep doing what you both do. Regards kev...
Very smart job and transformation gentlemen. I was feeling for you with your hip when you were on that sloping roof. Your customers are very lucky to have such professionals working on their home, your attention to detail and the way you always tidy up so well is second to none.
I don't think half the people watching your videos realize just how much strength and perseverance it takes to do your jobs in cold and hot weather. As always I just enjoy seeing your videos and work ethic. Also, to see your mastery of jobs as bricklayers.
good team work, never mind any negative comments when one is bricklaying one is generally labouring so how anyone says one of you's is not doing anything, they want to try it for themselves, keep up the good work people can learn alot from watching you two.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Top Job Lads very neat. I think the comments on Alex not having a go is some of the footage show him not having a go .And people seeing that .Thinking Steve does all the work the new Videos shows how much Alex does work .He’s a Trojan worker .Keep up the great work love your videos.❤👍🏻
I think half the people that moan about Alex don't realise that we're seeing you doing a lot of it because he's clearing, prepping and doing the loads for you and they just think if they don't see him then he's not doing anything. I think it's obvious to see that you both work bloody hard and take great pride in your work -- it's a great channel, I love it. Good for pointing that out as well. The idiots.
Another great video lads good to see alex on the tools more he's getting quite good i used to have my son with me but unfortunately ill health made me stop working it's all to easy to treat them as glorified labourers keep up the good work
I have binge watched the last 3 videos I have been in hospital not to be recommended still home now very enjoyable thanks as for Alex yo have an asset there Steve. please keep them coming as always best regards Ken
I usually watch your videos on my phone or my desk-top computer. Yesterday, I watched a portion of this one on a large screen television that was equipped with Roku. The quality or resolution of the video looked very nice on the big screen. Looking good!
Don’t you just love it when a plan comes together👍. Great brickwork, Great brick match, great team work 👍. Shame you didn’t use any ties😂😂😂😂😂. All joking aside, very enjoyable watch, thanks👍
Another brilliant and professional job, you two guys are a credit to your profession, I would hire you like a shot if I ever need anything, even though I live here in Barnsley, thanks for posting from Garry in Barnsley Uk
Morning Steve & Alex when I have a few bluebird ties to screw , in I put one in a drill and wind them in Slowly ie put the threaded end into the drill and the v end locks into the other Keep up the good work
Both worked your tripe out on this one lads. Alex the haters have probably never done a days work in their life. Treat them for what they are, jokes! Steve, Hope you had a good soak after chucking those bricks about.
Yet another brilliant job from you two guys. Meticulous attention to detail which is not normally associated with builders nowadays, sad to say. Hope I'm not upsetting too many trades guys by saying that, but it is so good to see really good workplace habits and then being able to give them the kudos they deserve. But of course, you wouldn't get crappy builders publishing their work on RUclips would you! Your hips on that roof were squealing Steve, could hear them from here!
Not sure I like the design on this one. As usual though can not fault your workmanship. Customer must be very pleased. Especially after seeing all those lintels resting on fresh air when they were uncovered. Sometimes I dont think some realise how hard it is to work to this standard, when every move you make is being watched. Nowhere to hide. Well done fellers
Thanks a lot . It will look amazing, trust me . I’m here now doing a few extras and the new roof looks great with three full length roof lights flooding the space with light 😎🧱👍🏽
Nice job even though it was awkward! I noticed the pieron the outside wall supporting the steel beams still had a gap between the the two single brick leafs while the other side was solid?

Hi Guys. As a non builder can you tell me what dictates the type of lintel, ie. concrete, steel or Catnic? Great vid as usual.
The individual jobs dictate plus a structural engineer 🧱👍🏽
Is there going ti be no rear access now ?, seems strange to take it all away
Not sure if you’ve seen the other’s videos from here . There are going to be 2 new french doors going in 🧱👍🏽
why does the steel have to sit on a pad stone can I concrete block not do the job ?
No it’s specified by a structural engineer 🧱👍🏽
Did you leave the old lintels in when you bricked up the door & windows?
Yeah they were in good condition 🧱👍🏽
