One more major point: Sony Venom is way smarter than Raimi Venom, so there is a 0% chance of Raimi Venom actually winning the fight.
Raimi Venom dominates Venom. Raimi Venom is stronger and atleast equal in speed to Andrew's Spiderman who could react to lightning. Raimi Spiderman should scale to that and he couldn't react to Sandman in some instances and as a result probably wouldn't be able to react to Venom (Raimi). This means that Raimi Venom can also react to lightning which means Sony Venom isn't landing a hit on him since his greatest speed feat is catching a bullet
@@goomyliaplayz7911 You forget that the spider senses are what help them dodge lightning, which don't detect venom at all which means venom doesn't need to be that fast to tag him. This is also proven by the fact that Tom Hollands spiderman can't dodge the train when a train moves signficiantly slower than electricity does and he's relativeto Raimi's Spiderman in speed. Also Venom just has superior striking force because of how far him and riot can hit eachother.

@cagegames4755 you didn't exactly get my point, Andrew and Tobey have same reaction speed which means with spider sense both can react to lightning..as such they should be able to react to The Green Goblin and Sandman but can't sometimes even with spidey sense which means their combat speed is faster than lightning. Also in the train scene he was caught off guard and his spidey senses were going haywire due to being under Mysterio's illusion, we've seen Spiderman dodge bullets casually

Comparing a symbiote host of less than 7 hours to a host of 7 years is probably gonna make a huge difference in weakness feats, not to mention the baby host overpowered arguably the toughest spiderman.
The sony venom easily win. He literally went up against riot who are a much skilled fighter and fight carnage as well. MCU venom wins and it’s not even close. Spider-Man venom doesn’t really have that much feat

I'd say that venom(2018 onwards) would win this one.
Their sizes are relatively similar, however venom just has a lot more abilities with his tendrils.
Venoms overall strength and agility are also much higher than the lizard's, and while both do sport impressive healing factors, and the lizard's skin is very durable, venom would be able to overpower him pretty quickly

not to mention that in the third movie, there's a monster that shrieks and they show another symbiote get kicked out of it's host. then it pans over to Venom and Eddie who are obviously affected by it, but Venom manages to stay with Eddie regardless. it showed that through the time they've spent together, they are getting stronger than the other symbiotes.

Though I will note my comment was more to jest at the absurdity of that one particular scene than make a serious argument. Its such an over-the-top throw away scene that is never brought up again and I love it all the more for that reason.
It isn't that raimi's venom was sensitive to sonic attacks in volume, rather it was sonic attacks by **resonance** the resonance of a pure tone is what his weakness was, not the sheer volume.
That's why he was weak to specifically church bells and metal pipes (incredibly resonant) and not other loud sounds like explosions

The problem with this arguement is a big one…
It is TIME!
Let me explain. The “Spider-Venom” as I’ll call it here, did not have the time to bond completely with either Peter or Eddie. Peter only kept the suit for 2 weeks at most, and Eddie only had the symbiote for a similar amount of time. As it was explained in Spider-Man 3 by Doctor Connor, the symbiote needed to to completely bond with its host. Now, he doesn’t go into detail, so we don’t know if that is just how is is in that universe, or if that’s because the hosts were unwilling. However, it makes a big difference.
The later “Slate-Venom” called because he is pretty much a clean slate, having not absorbed or copied any super-abilities; got into his first “real” fight after MONTHS of being bonded with Eddie. Also, when you look back on the Venom 1st movie, they do remove Venom easily from Eddie’s body using low frequency sound waves. Venom also clearly states he is weak to fire, but only has one chance to showcase that(which was a lost opportunity).
This shows that the two can not be compared properly like this, as time is a CRUCIAL factor in symbiote bonding.

Honestly couldn’t agree more besides in the rami movie the venom doesn’t have a whole bonding process at all all it does is exaggerate personality traits not just that but you also have to factor in the very fact that spiderman 3 venom has spider sense and at worst spiderman 3 venom is at least on Spider-Man’s level and venom is probably stronger than him as Peter has to rely on sound and a pumpkin bomb which can basically disintegrate people
I was literally watching a video about these Characters. But, a video about 2008 verson Venom. I don't know about y'all, but in my opinion. I think the 2008 version of Venom is well played & the best "scariest" version of Venom we've gotten so far.

Rami venom has strength and speed Sony has endurance and experience also Rami venom was a demon this mf was violent and more animalistic and he was more stealthy. Ramis venom used fear tactics by its screaming and distracting where you'll look. Sure Sony has a better bond but realistically if carnage has a better host it would be GG for Sony venom. And Sony venom isn't going to use sound or heat against Rami venom considering it's his weakness as well and Sony venom wouldn't think to try that. But the reason it's close is because it's revealed that symbiotes have a hive mind so that would make it interesting to see.
Sony venom solos. He managed to assimilate xenophages which mind you are literal hard counters to symbiotes. Sony Venom has more endurance and strength since he's gone toe to toe with Carnage. He's also way smarter and less animalistic. Riot in Sony is way stronger than Riot in the comics since he's a team leader. Sony Venom also got stronger after eating Carnage.

Strength, Speed and experience all go to Raimi Venom as well as battle IQ based on all of his experiences he gained from Spider-Man and even the things we see him do in his fight against Peter. Using stealth, distractions, and i do think his screeching has a terror effect on his enemies.
For Raimi venom, you could've also used examples of the symbiote while it was the black suit on spiderman, As it was essentially the same thing.
Most of the strength from that was from peter

it sucks because if the woman wasn't involved carnage his bond with kasady would be perfect as a matter of fact they were ok up until the woman with the high pitched scream entered the frey and venom did not have the upperhand on carnage he just got a few hits in and that's it carnage could have beaten venom without the powerup, I just think he did it to be extra and to cause even more mayhem around the place.

OK, this is what I think some of the stuff that you said in the video are valid points, but at the same time, those points are not fully clear to what you know about venom if you remember the scene at the end of venom let the carnage venom says something that would prove my theory is that every symbol that was created as so much knowledge that it would overwhelm and pretty much destroy a human brain to the point where they wouldn’t be alive anymore like basically you gotta remember that Topher Grace’s venom the Symbiot in particular was in a totally different universe then Tom Hardy‘s venom for all we know the effects for that universe weren’t as bad as the effects for Topher Grace‘s venom like frequencies are not all the same in every universe sound frequencies in particular, and every universe has different limitations, different events that have happened to cause what is possible and what is not possible and if you think about it, Topher Grace has venom had an advantage that Tom Hardy’s venom did not have because Topher Grace’s venom Symbiot bonded with Spider-Man before he bonded with Eddie Brock, in that universe, so if they were both in the same universe, both venoms, they probably would be on equal playing field at that point let me tell you why because they’re in the same universe yet their strengthen and not the same they’d probably have the same amount of strength between each other, but different abilities, different things that have happened to make them who they are every event that happens to anybody in any universe makes that person unique in that universe so if you take Tom Hardy‘s venom and Topher Grace‘s venom not only would Tom Hardy‘s venom loose this is a fact, but it all depends on mass how big the living thing is how much weight? And also, what abilities that take advantage over the smaller person now it’s like that that one story where that kid I forget his name. I’m not really familiar with most of the Bible stories. It’s like that kid who threw the stones at Goliath the reason why Goliath was ever able to be taken down by a small kid is because for one the kid had an advantage because goliath can’t move as fast as a smaller person the bigger you are the slower you are it’s physics it’s science now although Tom Hardy’s venom is a lot more muscular stronger has gone up against multiple multiple threats. Topher grace has been and would have an advantage hell Spider-Man would have an advantage over Tom Hardy’s venom for one they’re nowhere near is huge as Tom Hardy’s venom so therefore they have an advantage and Grace’s venom is as strong as you say he is not only would it not be close, but it would be far from close. Let me tell you why because Topher grace’s venom is for one fast has a lot of agility. He has basically all the abilities of Spider-Man, but he’s one percent stronger than Spider-Man like in Spider-Man three when Peter Parker says wow I feel stronger. I feel good. I feel like I can take on the world because it really was giving him that feeling. He was giving him the feeling and it was making him stronger, but it fed on his now if the Symbiot thought of another way to survive in a host like Eddie Brock or Spider-Man no he would just have to eat so much and he would just end up like Tom Hardy‘s venom, not only with the bond be stronger, but the Symbiot would’ve won against Spider-Man cause I didn’t think to feed on food that we eat and consume there’s hundreds of reasons why Topher Grace is venom lost against Spider-Man in Spider-Man. Three and don’t forget there was still a piece of the same Symbiot that was attached to Eddie Brock if you remember when the meteor hit a piece of the Symbiot got attached to peters motorcycle he look closely there’s another part of the Symbiot that didn’t make it on to the scooter or whatever it is I don’t really know what he was writing at the time? I forget I haven’t seen the movie in a while, but just know Topher Grace‘s venom would’ve won because of the lack of weight and the strength that he possessed just look at the facts it’s science if you science for everything you think of or do or say you can never go wrong science is always on our side as long as we take advantage of using it to the benefit of a discussion or an argument just know that, and there’s a bunch of stuff that I didn’t mention that the bio can do like the healing factor. It’s better than Deadpool’s healing factor it’s way better because not only can there be like an ounce of DNA left of that person that the Sim is connected to, but it can basically re-create the person that was once bonded with that Symbiot like let’s say Eddie Brock or Spider-Man, but it wouldn’t entirely be that person because it wouldn’t have the memories or anything. It’ll just know with the same gave the shell what kind of knowledge it had of what happened with that human so in theory Eddie is probably not dead. If anything his DNA still exist. Thing I always disagree with is whenever people say that toby was able to overpower would tom In that one moment that's not overpowering not only are humans able to resist a whole lot more force than they're able to exert, but Tom was attacking with his arms above his head while Toby was on the ground using the ground as leverage to push off of him. If you have far more leverage and the physical advantage in that case, of course he's going to be able to stop him. That doesn't mean that that Spider-Man is stronger than the other.
