i just made me some butternut squash soup..bag of frozen squash, peppers and onions, spices,chicken broth, frozen spinach. cook that up and run through the blender add heavy cream, butter salt and pepper to taste. i top mine with some dry crispy onion, shredded cheese and a pinch of bacon bits. OMG it's so yummy 😋 😍

The minestrone is sooo good I’m serving leftovers two days later. Instead of noodles I added two chopped and peeled yellow potatoes and sliced fresh mushrooms. Tonight I added an additional potato and more mushrooms for the redo. Delicious! Love your soups.

I recently made chicken dumpling soup and I just cooked the chicken in the chicken broth with the seasonings and carrots and celery and onion. The same would work here for your enchilada soup before you add the masa mixture. Just another option for people. It also shredded beautiful and had picked up the broth flavor.
Made the chicken taco soup for supper. It was delicious. I did not drain the pinto beans, corn or chicken. After adding the tomatoes and enchilada sauce and cream of chicken soup decided the consistency was exactly what I like so did not add the chicken broth. I will confess at my surprise at how good this super simple recipe is. Will certainly be making this again!
A note on the chicken noodle soup: you'll want to wait until you're about to serve before adding the noodles, or maybe considering boiling them up separately. The first bowl I had was good, but they turned to mush later.
I had some leftover rotisserie chicken and used that to make the Eight Can (or seven for me) Taco soup. It is FABULOUS!! 😋 So easy it’s unbelievable. That’s a winner!!

We actually make a pot of soup most weeks when it gets cold outside! We often use a Costco baked chicken to make it easier. But, my favorite one in potato soup! I hope you are feeling well❤❤
Deepen that beef flavor by tossing the beef cubes in flour or cornstarch and brown in butter or oil before putting in crock pot. Swish recipe liquids around in pan to collect browned bits and pour in with meat and veg. Of course that adds a step and a Pan to wash but if you have the time it is well worth it. Thanks for all of your terrific videos! I keep sending them to my daughter who is away at college and getting married in 3 weeks. Wish your channel (and RUclips) were around when I was starting out!!!
We are a soup loving family, and have our 4 or 5 favorite, often requested soups. These are different than what I usually make, and I think my family will love and request them over and over. The hard part is deciding which one to make first.
Oh my just cooked the lasagna soup it was amazing and my family went for seconds. I substituted ground beef for sausage because I had it on hand and added mushrooms otherwise the rest of the recipe was exact and delicious! Definitely a keeper and going to try a couple more that the family would like

My mother used to make cheat soup, as she called it. V8 + beef stock as base, veg-all and ground beef as well as preferred spices and diced tomatoes. It was delicious, I often make it when money is tight and I want something delicious and filling. If you make, I recommend adding noodles, beef, tomatoes, beans and chili spices to leftover soup broth for some bangin' chili-mac

Absolutely love all your Soup Recipes! I make n eat alot of soups but I also leave on some not as much broth n I thicken it to make a gravy or sauce and serve it over different pasta noodles, rice n some even potatoes! I make an Italian soup but make my own small Italian meatballs n let them marinate in the spices for about a week in the freezer n put them in my soup! They are Amazing! Ms. Elda Six Sisters Stuff on RUclips has a lot of great instant pot meal ideas. I love that a lot of them are able to be frozen and cooked at a later time as well. I’m only in my 30’s but I didn’t get an instant pot until about 9 months ago. I was very resistant on even trying it, now I can’t imagine how I lived without it. I can’t believe how easy it is to make dried beans now. I can make a full meal in one pot in under 15 minutes. I wish I hadn’t been so stubborn a long time ago now. I hope you can check out Six Sisters and get some great ideas to use your new instant pot. I’m sure you will love it as much as I love mine. I hardly use my stove anymore, especially during the summer here in TN it’s too hot. I hope you have a blessed week!

So many things to try! I’m bedridden but can stand for a small amount of time. If I prep ahead then just cook- I think I have a little more freedom!!!! I’m a cook so I miss it so much!! My hint: I can veggies I grow so I don’t need to dice or anything if I need anything. One thing I can is a celery, carrots,onions mixture for these type recipes. Canning liquid and all can be added for add’l flavor. Hindsight- so happy I canned! I garden under Official Gimpy Gardener and try to prep as best as I am able!
2 months ago I vacationed in Conroe, Tx. I ate at Joe's Italian Restaurant, I got the Chicken Tortellini Soup!!! I checked out the menu for at least 15 restaurants here in Baton Rouge and not 1 of them has a creamy chicken tortellini soup. All of yours looks Delicious! 🙂

I made the Broccoli Potato Soup last night. My husband said it was fantastic, and I agree! It was a bit thin since I didn't have quite enough cheese (I used 1/2 a bag of shredded Mexican, and some Velveeta.) I just made a corn starch slurry. I took a pic, but I can't post it here. 🤔

I normally refuse to add egg noodles for the simple fact that they soak up all the moisture, unless that what I want.
That’s how I do anything like this, and I just keep them separate, ladle the soup over them each bowl.
I cook my noodles separately and add them to the bowls. I refrigerator the noodles separate from the soup for left overs..

Yum taco soup. We add a can of refried beans and use a large jar of chunky salsa instead of the tomatoes. A different pantry twist.

Ms. Elda Six Sisters Stuff on RUclips has a lot of great instant pot meal ideas. I love that a lot of them are able to be frozen and cooked at a later time as well.
I’m only in my 30’s but I didn’t get an instant pot until about 9 months ago. I was very resistant on even trying it, now I can’t imagine how I lived without it. I can’t believe how easy it is to make dried beans now. I can make a full meal in one pot in under 15 minutes. I wish I hadn’t been so stubborn a long time ago now.
I hope you can check out Six Sisters and get some great ideas to use your new instant pot. I’m sure you will love it as much as I love mine. I hardly use my stove anymore, especially during the summer here in TN it’s too hot. I hope you have a blessed week!

Soup is the slow cooker is so easy and it sits there waiting for tardy diners without getting too thick or too cold. I'm doing the tortellini one this week.

So many things to try! I’m bedridden but can stand for a small amount of time. If I prep ahead then just cook- I think I have a little more freedom!!!! I’m a cook so I miss it so much!!
My hint: I can veggies I grow so I don’t need to dice or anything if I need anything. One thing I can is a celery, carrots,onions mixture for these type recipes. Canning liquid and all can be added for add’l flavor. Hindsight- so happy I canned! I garden under Official Gimpy Gardener and try to prep as best as I am able!

2 months ago I vacationed in Conroe, Tx. I ate at Joe's Italian Restaurant, I got the Chicken Tortellini Soup!!! I checked out the menu for at least 15 restaurants here in Baton Rouge and not 1 of them has a creamy chicken tortellini soup.

I made the Broccoli Potato Soup last night. My husband said it was fantastic, and I agree! It was a bit thin since I didn't have quite enough cheese (I used 1/2 a bag of shredded Mexican, and some Velveeta.) I just made a corn starch slurry. I took a pic, but I can't post it here. 🤔
