Anyone who has to put their phone in a lock box needs to go see a therapist. I have adhd and take adderall at times and what works for me is either airplane mode or I will turn off my phone and use my Mac for a timer. I have thoughts that race everywhere and my attention span is short. I don’t need my phone like that for me to need it. I can turn my phone off for a day and I am okay. Find what works for you and discipline
1. Lockbox: just leave your phone in a drawer or your bedroom. 4. Quntis monitor lamp/ light bar: just turn your lights on, LED lights use almost no electricity. If you just want to be able to see your keyboard, get an RGB one. 6. Power bank: you still need to charge the power bank, you're just adding an extra part to the chain.
The way parents would use the first item to ground there kids for a little its a decent idea. Im talking like you arent doing the chore i asked give me yoir phone im putting it in yhe box till you get it done or for like 20 minutes. Not days or hours thats just not good
No offense, but if you are a grown man and you need a safe to put your phone in to focus on your job.. you have bigger issues you need sorting out. Didn't watch the rest of the video after this first piece of advice...

first item works only if you don't have kids at shcool or else. not being able to respond your phone in case of emergency can be a verry bad downside
Fair point for sure; luckily I can still answer my phone on my Apple Watch or Mac in case of emergency. Plus I don't have kids yet so that helps!

haha yeah I mean it's expensive for a box; but honestly the value I get from it in terms of extra work I get done is 100% worth it.
