Max was my fave character on the show. She made the show for me. She was so funny and entertaining.
Erika Alexander is one of my all time favorite actresses. I grew up loving her on Living Single and I think it's bonkers that she doesn't have her own sitcom. I think she was one of the most underrated actresses. She and Debra Wilson from Mad TV need to do a movie or a TV series together.

She looks beautiful AND is absolutely right about representation. Outside of my family’s success, Living Single (especially Pam), was very influential to me. Now, at 40, I’m a seasoned and successful business owner with an African crafted, pool cue named Kyle Baker :)
She is a wonderful actress, but she is an AMAZING comedy actress. Maxine Shaw is iconic.
She was my favorite character on Living Single.
