People say “I don’t know why I’m feeling this pain, or why this happened” when they are sitting there 200 pounds at 5’1 260 at 5’8 and shit. Like it’s because you are fat. Once you get fit, you stay fit for life also. Its sooo much harder to get “fat” again. Your whole body composition changes. You can be the same weight as you were before and look much better. And once your fit, you will understand how much you were missing. Its so much more then you can understand if you have always be out of shape. Get fit, atleast once in your life. Its very worth it. Also I mean fit as in LIFting weights or calisthenics RESISTANCE TRAINING. Getting stronger, getting some muscle. And also getting to a good body fat for men around 15%, women is like 20-24% (with muscle looks much better even with a women, you will never look like a body builder so don’t worry about it).
