My Avita Liber laptop automatically turns off while using but power light remains on. When I restart it shows various windows recovery options, but it works normally while charging! Is there any solution?
Same problem fixed by replacing the battery with the new one
It’s because of the battery drainage issue. Use it while charging only. Avita is the worst company

It powered on again after this but the keyboard didnt work, Touchpad didnt work and didnt boot after keyboard reconnected..I think it could be the keyboard,touchpad or battery.
Hello i did as directed. it work for me, but when i plug keyboard cable again to board and after packed laptop,, same problem persist again, not starts!!!

I have the same model Avita Liber v14 Ryzan 5 while using its turns off but keyboard and fan remains on even after connecting hdmi or external keyboard it doesn't show anything. I have to restart it again buy unplugging the charger and pressing the power key.Then it works fine but again after 2 to 3 min again the same, i have noticed when the laptop is getting heated that time its turing off. I even replaced the thurmal paste still the same...Is there any solution whre the problem is coming from. Even in RUclips many have the same problem.. Any solution for this please reply.
I have this laptop same problem not turning on only charging light but it's heating extremely then after removing battery shorting keyboard connection 3/4 no power but only heating the black ic in SSD is heating and two r22 ic heating no display what's the problem any solution?

Hey can u help me. I have same laptop. Last week it had starting problems. It opens as Repair PC diagnostics. And when I click "exit and continue to window 10" it'll open. Also it'll charge also. But when I shut down the laptop, it'll restart again and if I shut down n close the laptop. It'll be running in background. I can hear the fan sound. When I open d laptop it'll be running. Like this it'll drain off my laptop. I thought its OS problem n formatted my laptop but still it continues. I also upgraded to win11 but now its not charging n not opening.

Hello same laptop use kar raha hu...Agar plug out rakhta hu to chalte chalte hi screen off ho jati hai aur keyboard and fan on rehta hai....but plug in rakhne par sahi chalta hai....kya issue ho sakta h...jab screen off hoti hai tab hard reset karna padta h
Aap ek kam karye jab aapka screen off hota hai to aap HDMI cable se another monitor me laga kar check karye ki display aa raha hai ya nhi. Step 2 external keyboard laga kar num lock key press karye agar numlock light ache se kam kar raha hai ya nhi bataye
Agar aapka system on hoga to HDMI cable external monitor me aa jana chahiye.

What the hell. Same here man. While starting PC diagnostics repair happen and shut off. And batter also not charging. Past week it somehow opened but when I shut down. It still runs and drains off my battery.
