I remember when 465 was a parts aircraft at CFB Trenton back in the 80s. Actually all the CC-115s were parts aircraft at one time or another because all the parts were custom made after the assembly at Downsview closed down. The CC-130 Hercules aircraft were treated that way too at the end of the physical year because they couldn't afford the parts unitl the new budgets came in on April 1st of each year.
Nice footage of the mighty Buffalo firing up, it's been way too long since I spotted this impressive turboprop. Love the matching trailer, I've never seen that before. Too cool!
I remember seeing Buffalos up in the High Arctic and always thought it should have been a successful plane, but never was. I think most of them were given away as foreign aid. I really don't understand what the problem was.
Video sucks. I want to see the aircraft' landing, taking off and manoeuvring in the the air. Cockpit shots while airborne.. Yes, manoeuvring in the air. IN THE AIR. Running up on the ground? NOT cool. I rate the video 4 out of 10.
Buen avion , lo vi personalmente

I guess you don't see them too often in Nelson
A beautiful airplane !!!
YES it is❗️
Amazing video! I haven't seen any clips of it at YYF before, it must be pretty uncommon to see the Buffalo there.
They are visiting YYF every now and then for training.
@@VMCAviationVideos Cool! They seem to fly into YYJ at least once a week during the spring/summer for lunch.

I'm not sure why the Buffalo want more successful.
