    I might be wrong here but do you think that dropping of the right shoulder also visually affects how the pecs look? Like the right pec seems to be lower/uneven when compared to the right? Could it also be because if a person is dominant on the right hand side that it happens so?

    What about uneven traps?

    • @waughfit
      @waughfit  2 года назад +1

      This can have an effect. The reason I use this between sets at times is so that when I perform an exercise, I’m more symmetrical this able to activate muscles the same on both sides. I use to have a larger right trap and left pec and since evening out my shoulders, all of my muscle imbalances evened out on their own. Hope that helps

    • @michellefrench2124
      @michellefrench2124 2 года назад

      @@waughfit What about if one trap has been weakened or pinched by wearing a backpack on one shoulder in the past?

    • @waughfit
      @waughfit  2 года назад

      @@michellefrench2124 I look at a strength imbalance as a leverage issue. If a muscle is sitting on a suboptimal foundation, then it won’t get the same leverage as the other side. This it won’t grow as effectively. For back packs, I use to believe they had a significant effect on this topic, but I have found addressing the ribcage under the shoulder, trap, and backpack to be the most effective strategy. Let me know if that makes sense or not.
