IHHP - DOOMADGEE - "HE SAID, SHE SAID"

IHHP artists in partnership with Central and North West Queensland Medicare Local, Doomadgee PCYC, Doomadgee Well Being Centre and Save the Children worked alongside the talented youth from Doomadgee community, to create this health promotion music video called "He Said, She Said". IHHP was privileged to revisit Doomadgee Country talking about health issues around, social and emotional well being, Gossip, Yarn Carting, Bullying, Jealousy and Back Biting. If this song is any indication of the future leaders of the Doomadgee community, then look out, because they are strong, proud and DEADLY!!! This song is guaranteed to make you think about the positives in yourself and the strengths that everyone has to offer. Think about what you say to others and how it will effect them. If you are gonna say something on line or to someones face then make sure its positive and constructive. Power to the young leaders, may your voice be heard, may you stand proud, black and strong.
