- This is one of my favorite sim racing steering wheels I ever had in my hands and I feel too much emotionally connected with it to make review. In this video you will find what makes it so special for me and for the most who had the chance to have contact with it! It is state of art and will cost for the pleasure but, if you are fun of the model you will get the value as the quality is insane and is loaded with lots of extra features!

Yes it is expensive, but this wheel is next level. Im in love with mine.. the level of quality is insane. Vpg customer service is only thing better than the quality of the wheel… Thank you RBM for you honest opinion as always ❤️

Lightweight, full carbon body, super stiff, APEM Buttons, high-quality(!)-backlight, big encoders ... so finally a contender for the M4 GT3 Wheel! VERY NICE!!! I would still prefer the Fanatec in this class (without-screen-wheel) for the better integration of the thumb-encoders. And I know some people will hate this statement, because Fanatec isn't that fancy only-high-end-manufacturer.
Why should anyone must judge your personal preferences buddy 😁

OMG this wheel is simply amazing. My only worry is no 7 way funky switch. But you can use the thumb encorder to menu up down left right in the pit window? As my 46th Birthday is Nov and this just might be the present I deserve lol amazing video as always. Deff cannot afford a 911 but this I can throw on a card and pay it down 😂

Better stay away from making wheels for good. Your wheels where the worst. My interaction with you was a nightmare. Your quality control and finish is abysmal. Your Alcantara woman dosnt even know how to properly make grips without outside stitching. The flex and noice of this wheel in the video is not even close to that what other experienced.

Very sharp thumb angle on the wheel. I really hope wheel makers start to realise our thumbs are not 90 deg. Soelpec much better thumb grip/fit. Nice wheel though with the carbon work and parts. And definitely top vid and review. 🔥
I have to agree even if I didn’t felt any discomfort, I have felt for sure some better grips on some other models which just shape my palms!
I don’t go too harsh on that because is automatic but that’s the reason I’ve said is not the most comfortable I ever had in my hands.

Are the 3 other rotary knob multi position or just encoder ? I never spend that kind of money for a piece of sim racing equipment but this is REALLY tempting
The 3 are encoders and only the one on the left is switch buddy 🤛
Have you seen the new kit from Najam Simtec? 120kg max with springs instead of elastomers. You recently talked about the problem with load cell pedals with those bushings, so i thought you would really like these new pedals.
I do have them here and will start testing soon buddy! Need to finish few videos which was before on the line but those looks really cool for sure !
@@chepilevski awesome I can't wait. I have the k2x pedals and probably won't upgrade anytime soon because they are perfectly great for me, but I am interested nonetheless.
I am kind of sad they discontinued the k2x, they're still a super great set for the money and while the s120 is better, they are a whole 95 euros more.
@@SynchroFPS those look different beast indeed but the price will worth for those who are willing to put them together themselves! The 300+ for ready ones are not that great deal in my opinion compared to what exists on the market around that price!

No, the key chain crest is smaller.

Conduzco esa base desde hace casi un año desde Simucube2 pro y hasta ahora nunca he tenido un solo problema y para las configuraciones que uso, que están en el lado de la fila lo más rápido posible, nunca sentí que fuera más lento que mi SC2 pro, así que puedo decir que ¡Alpha U es tan bueno como mi amigo Simucube favorito!

@@Neunzehnsechs if you never had the possibility to experience a VPG wheel you simply can't understand why I/we praise them so much. Is like you never saw a rainbow, and how touching it can be. Unless you experience it yourself. VPG wheels have a perfect balance, that is the most important fact. They are made from the best material, are very functional too. That they (imo almost all of them) look fantastic is just a nice to have.

Personally porsche wise, nothing will ever beat the old round 911 gt3 r wheel but im glad were not forced to buy the 10000€ one from porsche😂
More of an audi guy myself and i wanted to get the simedal you have, but it seems no one is making the current evo 2 wheel yet other than dsh, so im probably gonna have to dish out more money than i would like already with that being around 1500€ as well. Still a lot of people spend way more than that on wheels like from pse
Hey, someone is working on the Evo 2 which I saw prototype on the expo which was not totally finished but it looks will be great wheel as well!
I couldn’t share much for that one but is definitely coming next year or at least that have they said to me 🤛
@@chepilevski i only know rosso has apperantly been working on one (in collaboration with kelvin van der linde!) but their wheels werent really as top notch in accuracy as they were in quality. Still excited tho! Having too many choices is always a great problem to have lol
