I found out his family was from an area where some of my Mom's family also lived. It wasn't until the that summer after school was over did he talk with my dad for a bit, and my dad who did genealogy his whole life as a hobby was able to figure out that our teacher was actually our cousin and his part of the family just branched off and separated themselves from our's (which honestly, that side of the family can be a mess so I can't really blame them). And at graduation, even though he already moved on with jobs, he wanted to congratulate everyone, we just sorta shared eye contact for a moment, nodded, and went on our separate ways. I think my parents invited him to a few things, but he didn't show up, but I get it. 🤷🏻 // The next year, my dad looked at my new history teacher's name and started to say how he might be related to us too and I was just like "please, no". Senior year I found out that another student became related to me through marriage, but the story of how it happened is pretty sad and scarred our school, but yeah. I rather just leave that one be for what it is. Anyways my dad also found out that our neighbors/family friends were also distantly related to us before all of this.

(Which is why when almost every student I talked to who had him, or sometimes if they had met him somehow, ended having crushes on him, I was backing out of those conversations like "nope, I'm having absolutely no part in this, please stop".)

The next year, my dad looked at my new history teacher's name and started to say how he might be related to us too and I was just like "please, no". Senior year I found out that another student became related to me through marriage, but the story of how it happened is pretty sad and scarred our school, but yeah. I rather just leave that one be for what it is. Anyways my dad also found out that our neighbors/family friends were also distantly related to us before all of this.
I'm glad all these ppl found each other.
All of us up watching this must be related 🧐🤷♀️🤷♀️😂😂🛌💤😴

I have one too! Once, In the house Im still in, my neighbor became my freind, then bestfriend, then sister by heart. ❤
Sweet home Alabama?
Just imagine if someone married their sibling without knowing💀
It's awesome how the world can be this small.
Same thing happened with me I used to love at a house and my neighbor was my cousin we found out on thanksgiving when my grandfather came over.
