- Hi! I am Barbie! I moved to the Philippines from America when I was 22 years old. I fell in love with Filipino culture and way of life. After buying a one way ticket, I decided to stay and accidentally created my beautiful life here. I arrived in Siargao Island August 2022, and I am still living the Simple Island life here till this day. I stay here because it is where I feel at home. I feel most connected to the locals here and appreciate their quality and style of life. I started selling ice cream with the local street vendors on May 12th 2023 and now I am known as the ice cream girl- Barbies Ice Cream.

Living in BGC is quite expensive coz you ended up consuming food on restaurants..while in Siargao you can cooked on your own❤..Cjk..

I like her what she’s doing in siargao island funny, she does what pilipina did interesting to watch.
Use a bigger cooler. Then use aluminum/stainless steel containers instead of the plastic ones. It will look more professional. Then fill ice cubes mixed with lots of rock salts around the ice cream containers. It will keep ice cream frozen. Customers does not want melted ice cream. This is how traditional sorbetes vendors in Phils do it. Thank me later :) I love you Barbie!
