    I don’t get excited about hats too often, but I love the waffle stitch. I bet it makes the softest, squishiest hat ever, and toasty warm too! Thanks MJ, I could use a new hat!

      Were you able to make this for an adult? If so, how? I don’t know how to read patterns so I don’t know what to do to make it for a teen or adult. 😓

    Good afternoon, I like the waffle stitch, I made a flower pot hat, it's pretty, it has green, yellow,red, orange and white pedals hanging over the waffle hat. I used to wear in the Spring but not anymore. The Bronx New York

    Sorry if I have got this wrong but I was watching up to round 6 and your video says Round 5: 1 fpdc,but your printed instructions says 1 bpdc for the baby/toddler size and for Round 6: says the opposite again. Which is right or am I reading it wrong?

    When do you count the first chain as a stitch?
    I saw in the waffle stitch when it’s crocheted in rows the chain counts as a stitch.

    I’m disappointed that the video doesn’t show how to continue to increase for an adult size hat, or even tell you that this hat is meant for an infant. Doesn’t even fin my toddler.

    • @mjsoffthehook
      @mjsoffthehook  5 дней назад

      The written patterns tells you how to increase for the larger sizes. It says in both the description and the video that it is a 0-3month tutorial.
