Thank you for teaching your students the reality of using core/large muscle groups for power and speed. Not many teachers do this in a clear manner that you do. It's so important especially now as kungfu doesn't have a good reputation as a practical fighting art. You teach what is real (no Eastern mysticism), and you show your students how to get there. Kudos to you, and the best of luck in your endeavors.

At the beginning I sorta think the wing Chun stance is funny, but more and more I learn about wing Chun, and study the logic & physics behind the technique, without Qi, it’s this powerful already mate, let alone the explosive power if combine ur movements together with stance core power, ur opponents wish they didn’t cross path with u today! Go Sifu!

We're glad you're enjoying our content. When most people that see the training stance for the first time, they think it is very strange. They can't see the purpose. Or worse, they misinterpret the purpose. This is true for many aspects of Wing Chun. We hope to clarify these through our videos here and the articles on our website.

    Must not forget the legs
Yes the hips can generate a lot of power but without the legs that would mean nothing
The trick is getting it all to move together at the same time

Sifu, please tell me, what part of the legs in a pair works with this? Thank you for your reply.
