- Former Justice Department spokesperson Sarah Isgur says the Supreme Court could unanimously decide that a President doesn’t have absolute immunity, but also could unanimously decide that a President is immune from some acts committed in office. She tells NewsNation’s “Dan Abrams Live” the high court may answer the question of immunity, but won’t decide if the prosecution of former President Donald Trump will go forward. She says that will fall to the lower courts.

I'm suing Biden when his term done if presidential immunity doesn't exist.
If it does he should take a note from trumps lawyers and take care of our problems . . Send seal team 6 to take him out .. trumps lawyers words not mine
The stupidest thing ive heard .. also are they gonna drop all the biden crap if so????
"Could be mixed?"
They are talking about "SEAL Team 6'ing" people in the supreme court.
This is just insane.
Barack Obama killed a US citizen with a drone strike. Clearly there is some immunity, even when talking death, on official acts.
