- A woman faces sexual battery charges after she allegedly pulled down a 19-year-old woman’s skirt because she felt it was too short. The aftermath of the encounter was captured on cellphone video and NewsNation analyst Gerald Rivera tells “Dan Abrams Live” he felt shock and outrage after watching the encounter. The nuns did this in Catholic grade school. They thought the students were rolling up their uniform skirts. Some were, but many like me were just going through a growth spurt, and my mom was not going to buy another skirt when I was two months away from graduation.

I’m 63 years old and I still remember what my mom used to say about modesty and how you dress for different occasions! Like you didn’t go to a family function showing your underwear or your bra.. you had acceptable clothes for school and she was more likely to not say anything about what you wear to hang with friends etc! I was the same with our daughter! I can promise you if anyone touched me like this mom would help you understand it wasn’t a good idea at all!

Really, you shouldn't rip off ANYONE'S clothing, regardless of their gender or age. Unless it's some sort of emergency and their clothing is soaked in toxic chemicals, or if it's in the privacy of your own home, and you're about to have consensual fun. As a man, I only wish I had been a witness to this crime, so that I could have done my civic duty and given the police a thorough account of everything I had seen for their investigation.
