Yes.

I hope Formula 1 will return to Sepang, Malaysia!!! For more chaotic race!
F1, this is James, fans want Malaysian GP back.
No,I cannot :)
Being Malaysian I can confirm that this is just typical rain to sleep
As a Malaysian,i can comfirm this too

I was there in 2009! I was 10 years old, I was living in Vietnam back then due to my dads occupation, so we decided to go on a family trip to watch the Malaysian GP! I remember Friday practice and Qualification were both sunny and clear skies, but waking up on Sunday there's been a bit of a forecast! Fast forward, we arrive at Sepang Sunday and we were supposed to meet Lewis Hamilton in person, he had an open public QnA sort of thing, but that got canceled and my dad was a little bummed out because we were waiting for 2 hours and it got canceled. I remember clearly how loud it was, and everyone was buying ear protection, those v8's sounded beautiful! The race had started and everyone was on top of there seats from all the excitement, half and hours into the race in started raining and about an hour 45 minutes to an hour in, it was absolutely pouring cats n dogs. I remember cars sliding off in turn 1 because that's where our seats were and it was unbearable to drive in those conditions. So, the race was canceled, Jenson Button got the podium and we were disappointed everything turned out the way it did... nonetheless it was an unforgettable experience.

Malaysia 2009 is the wettest 'cause the storm and torrential rain hit suddenly
Spa 2021 however, was torrential even before the race but there's a chance to race for couple of laps instead of 2 laps

I miss seeing Sunday's races in Malaysia. I remember that race well. The most chaotic, with vital conditions under a very heavy rain.
