A fade-out after the word ‘mysterious’ would have worked a bit better - too quickly into the credits, I thought. Otherwise, what a lovely, well-paced and beautiful film.
Lots of lovely and interesting things in his home, but all I can think of is that they are all ruined by the smell of cigarettes.

Love the house and all that is said. I wonder what his wife died from. They were together as a couple for years.
It is as disturbing as it is baffling to see people who are completely disheveled and unkempt physically, living in a well-presented orderly kempt house.
How is he unkept?
