True Freshman QBs who succeeded: Jared Goff (California 2013), Lamar Jackson (Louisville 2015), Jalen Hurts (Alabama 2016), Trevor Lawrence (Clemson 2018), Caleb Williams (Oklahoma 2021).
You're just mad that it's legal now. For years all you SEC teams sent out bagmen to get the best players. Well guess what? We have more money than you and things will be changing.
College football is now the NFL 2.0. And there’s a reason why NFL franchises are in big cities. Michigan, has a 19 billion $ endowment. That means their donor base is more than anyone in the SEC not named Texas/A&M. The Indiana’s of the world now can legally compete with anyone. Look at university endowment- that’s the sign of how much a business ( university) is worth. Michigan, can buy 2 Dallas Cowboy franchises and still have billions leftover.
So the decision was whatever dollar value Michigan gave him for a downward program versus the current state of the LSU program and the dollar value they gave him Unless it was a crazy or double what LSU was offered it looks crazy from a leadership standpoint
This kid was lying this whole time , he basically played Michigan so out of desperation they’d make him an offer he couldn’t refuse and they did, so this kid is a genius !!!
I agree with you Matt - it’s it’s not ALL about $$, but at this point in his life, $12MM is life changing. UM also had to meet his family’s non-financial requirements. Most important to hire new OC and QB coaches to develop him for his planned NFL career. Stand by for this to happen very soon… Next is step is to improve the O-line for high pass pro and top WRs to help him and the team stay Natty relevant. With UM’s new star QB and major NIL shift both of these are logical near locks. Derek Meadows has already committed.
It is not only the godfather number that Michigan offered, but the way we have played this year does not turn a prospect's head. I think he was here on campus when we got blown out by Alabama and the stands were empty at the end of the game. We also got manhandled by Florida last week. So if BK keeps losing games our incoming classes are going to go downhill.
It's ok Matt, poor Michigan needs more help than our Tigers do. Bama does also, they have to use their quarterback as a running back cause he can't make throws down field.
I felt like it always going to happen. When the Barstool sports guy said he wouldn’t be outbid. At some point it’s irresponsible not to take that much money. I also wouldn’t want to get into a bidding war for a high school qb. You’ll end up having to do that for every qb after that.
Exactly guys. Don’t do what Oklahoma did by pushing Dillon Gabriel out the door. Dillon Gabriel was awesome for Oklahoma. They should have never let him go.
With this development we are praying Nuss comes back for his Senior year. The 3 backups are not your future. He comes back will be a big plus for LSU. At least you will have recovery time to get you a 3, 4 year started in 2026.
Can’t blame the guy for taking the bag. But why “commit”? Just tell everyone from the jump that you’re going to the highest bidder, I’m sure most people would respect that.

He is proven to develop multiple QB´s like Trask, Dak Prescott or Tebow, he can curve any defense up and most important point he knows SEC Ball ! And yes Mullen can recruit ... look it up. He would be my choice and call #1. But get Kelly out that is priority.
Did this guy just say UM doesn't develop QBs? Lol.
Tell us who LSU has RECRUITED and developed.
Not Burrows... Transfer.
Not Daniels.
No one.
UM just had their QB drafted #11 overall in the NFL draft.
This guy is your insider? 😂😂😂
I get your point but you are a clown if you think these two guys weren’t developed at lsu look at their first seasons starting here mediocre. Now look at their last great
Thanks Matt!
True Freshman QBs who succeeded: Jared Goff (California 2013), Lamar Jackson (Louisville 2015), Jalen Hurts (Alabama 2016), Trevor Lawrence (Clemson 2018), Caleb Williams (Oklahoma 2021).
His commitment video has him as a kid saying he’s going to be a Michigan wolverine. The copium is insane.
Michigan and LSU stink this year. It has to be the money. NIL shouldn’t be a recruiting tool.
You're just mad that it's legal now. For years all you SEC teams sent out bagmen to get the best players. Well guess what? We have more money than you and things will be changing.
@@jdawg4219 funny coming from the SEC that did it when it was illegal for players it sucks when the tables turn, doesn’t it?
Of course it’s about the money. Always has been, always will be
Brian kelly's terrible
Michigan will win the national championship no later than 2027. Again
Meadows flipped and Pickett and predicted to flip to Oregon. If that happens then idk what we really can do.
Meadows definitely flippin. Call him Pancaked & Paid, son!!;🎉😂😂
I don't see any news on Meadows!! He'll probably flip tho!!
Meadows is flipping for sure. No question
Jahkeem Stewart to Oregon for aure. The money talks
@@shanewilliams6718 ~ they're definitely going to throw Jahkeem Stewart enough money to stay home!!
Geaux Blue!!!!!! BOSA!!!!!!!
We R the Defending 🏆
Lol you cheating clowns haven't won a solo title since we were fighting the Cold War
Still champs until a new one is crowned.
Woah! I never knew Michigan fans were so rude 😂. Sort of like a northern A&M.
The program is doomed. Fire Brian Kelly.
Absolutely devastating
How do you know how to handle these recruits now?
1st you have to have a coach kids wanna play for
So the decision was whatever dollar value Michigan gave him for a downward program versus the current state of the LSU program and the dollar value they gave him
Unless it was a crazy or double what LSU was offered it looks crazy from a leadership standpoint
I mean he’s a hometown kid along with the money and LSU struggles it’s a no brainer
This kid was lying this whole time , he basically played Michigan so out of desperation they’d make him an offer he couldn’t refuse and they did, so this kid is a genius !!!
Bryce was at the Oregon game like 2 weeks ago 😂
I just wanna shout out our LEGENDARY MICHIGAN MAN CONNOR STALIONS. Way to go champ! Ya brought Bryce home!
Also Michigan would definitely play a easier schedule over the next few seasons compared to the SEC week to week nightmare
I agree with you Matt - it’s it’s not ALL about $$, but at this point in his life, $12MM is life changing. UM also had to meet his family’s non-financial requirements. Most important to hire new OC and QB coaches to develop him for his planned NFL career. Stand by for this to happen very soon…
Next is step is to improve the O-line for high pass pro and top WRs to help him and the team stay Natty relevant. With UM’s new star QB and major NIL shift both of these are logical near locks. Derek Meadows has already committed.
Matt, I think we're burning 🔥
Bryce is 17 years old. He might have flipped because you keep saying he is 18.
How many NFL QB's has BK developed over his career?Daniels is the sole exception. With Nuss, he's back to turning his QB's into head cases.
That wasn't Kelly either. That was Denbrock/Sloan's work. BK=overrated piece of 💩
Get rid of brian kelly
Exactly guys. Don’t do what Oklahoma did by pushing Dillon Gabriel out the door. Dillon Gabriel was awesome for Oklahoma. They should have never let him go.
It’s not 12 million. It’s closer to 5+
With this development we are praying Nuss comes back for his Senior year. The 3 backups are not your future. He comes back will be a big plus for LSU. At least you will have recovery time to get you a 3, 4 year started in 2026.
LSU is burning and I’m loving it! Roll Tide!!!
Saban did this to LSU yearly but would wait til the night of ESD or the morning of to stick it to LSU
It's funny how everybody thinks that one player can change where the programs headed
It won’t be just one.
You remember some guy named Jaden Daniels. How many games you think LSU would have won last year without him?
It can when there’s no backup plan…did you watch the video??
@@kennethwilliams5073~ we'll never know!! So that's irrelevant!!
Uofm is one of the richest school in the world watch out 😂😂💀
Who would want to play for a coach that acts that way on the sideline towards his own players ?
You act like Dabo and Nick Saban doesn't yell at players every single game
Your 🐱 is showing
I wanna ask Matt how he feels once we get Meadows also and how he feels once Pickett flips. LSU is a dumpster fire
He sees a crappy coach at LSU
Bruh you said it was no charge he flips? Where all that bravado go?????😂😂😂😂😂
Can’t blame the guy for taking the bag. But why “commit”? Just tell everyone from the jump that you’re going to the highest bidder, I’m sure most people would respect that.
Imagine paying that much and it doesn’t go as planned
I think a big part of it is he will probably immediately start at Michigan
At one time, Michigan was db and qb U. Brady the greatest NFl qb ever. Where he go?
Actually he’s been on campus twice since the summer. Once in July and once in October.
〽️GO BLUE!!!!!!!!!! 〽️
Not worried about it, LSU will be fine... Geaux Tigers
Yikes you 🤡 thoughts Dave was the top donor
This kid isn’t the average top recruit. This kid is projected to be a once every 5 to 10 year QB. You can pretend this isn’t a humongous loss but it is.
Our program sucks get rid of our coach kelly
I'm a huge LSU fan. However, Michigan got this kid just the way LSU got Brian Kelly. It's the way of the new college world.
Ouch! I hope the results aren't the same.😂
Not surprised, they just use LSU as leverage for a bigger bag down the street
I called it man on this show an got so much hate!!! Loool goooooo blue!!!! Keep your heads up though and start not being so bias lool
