Given this frames geometry, if you are 6' and thus smack on the line between the 56 and 58, which would be best for gravel "racing" (aka, trying hard in the events but not actually intending to be or capable of being champion). I tend to fit 56 on most "road bike-inspired" gravel frames, but need a longer stem.
