This released a lot of tension and stiffness I had in my lower back and midsection after a day of yard work followed by stationary travel yesterday. Thank you!

A day late but I love the 30 days of mindful movement! Perfect for a stressful finish of exams! Loved this class! my back feels so much more relaxed now.
Wow I really enjoyed this flow. Nice and challenging for an intermediate yogi like me and the different new twists have me smiling. Also after the skandasana variations, I found that my hips felt really open without having to do pigeon pose, so that was an amazing surprise. Caley is such a wonderful teacher, I thoroughly enjoy all her classes. Thanks ☺️🙏🏼

You're welcome, your channel puts in a lot of attention to detail with it's video and having multiple instructors provides different perspectives to get an even better look of what yoga represents as a whole. As an added plus everyone modifies the traditional poses while still keeping their integrity❤ it's refreshing 💆 and I'd just like the time to appreciate that and everyone who makes it possible🌌🌌
