A 30-Minute Spring Cleansing yoga flow for all levels taught by yogi, Alissa Kepas. This Everyday Practice for Everyday People will incorporate a range of twists and hip opening asanas. Get ready to sweat, cleanse & flow mindfully on your mat.
Started the 30 day series late but this has been my favorite day so far. It was exactly what I needed from start to finish. I also love and appreciate all the verbal queues, I was able to fully commit to the practice without stopping to look at my screen. Really great!
I loved this. Alissa thank you. Your direction was so clear I rarely had to look at the screen. And I loved the ending breathing. Namaste

GREAT follow up to Josh’s workout from yesterday! (We are one day behind). Like the poster below stated, this was wonderfully gentle and shows a great plan by Alo in putting together this series. Love it!
Alissa got me doing twists and poses I’ve never done before! Which was quite unexpected bc of the title, i assumed it was going to be common moves. But I loved the challenge
I really enjoyed the class! Especially the pigeon twist pose. I’ve never done that and love it! Thank you!

Thank you for this yoga practice! I love hip opening, even though Pigeon pose is a little bit uncomfortable for me, but as it was said in the previous practice: "be comfortable with the "uncomfortable" I am working on relaxing in this posture. Thank you Alissa for your practice!
