This always happens to me.. ideally this is where writing down thoughts in a list helps until you identify the most pressing issue, then estimating how long it should realistically take you then setting a timer and just doing it. The timer is important because without it my brain tends to get distracted and I will waste more time. And if it don’t identify a time I feel overwhelmed bc my brain assumes it will take “forever”.
